Dracula flashed his fangs at the confident Tucker. Disdain filled his eyes as his gaze travelled to Tucker’s neck.

“Humans are merely meals for my kind. Why then does a human like you, one who is merely glorified poultry, stand so boldly before me, the Prince of Darkness? Do you not understand the intricacies of the world, or are you blinded by the self-supposed superiority that humans impose on worlds that hide their secrets from them?”

Tucker did not react to Dracula’s words. Him speaking three sentences at once was already a huge improvement from his normal self. He was not one to be riled up by another’s words.
