“Who is that?” the commander of the Dark Kingdom’s pursuit squad wondered as he gazed upon the figure of the scrawny little boy who had charged into the midst of his men. The newcomer looked as fragile as a helpless child, and his energy was nothing impressive. He was as weak as any non-wielding mortal, and the leader of the pursuit team could not help but wonder why he had barged in here so gallantly. The only thing noteworthy about the boy was his looks. His long blond hair cascaded down his shoulders and onto his back like a golden stream, and his blue eyes were reminiscent of the beauty of the deep blue sea. Take those away, and he was just a mortal. The leader wasn’t the only one to express his confusion. The other Ascenders felt the same way.

“Do not lose your guard. He is unordinary.” One of the Ascenders frowned and said. His eyes flashed brightly as he assessed Mane, seemingly seeing what the others couldn’t.
