TYRION

Twenty minutes earlier

I wished it could be simpler, but taking Charlotte on a so-called date seemed to be the best option. This dumb bitch turned out to be dangerous; I could see it in her eyes. Charlotte knew a lot about me; she knew things I didn't want Red to know. Perhaps I was afraid that if Red found out why I'm known as the Bloody Tyrion, she'd look at me differently... It was beyond my ability to comprehend why I cared about Red's opinion so much. What others said or thought about me had never bothered me before, but Red was the one I wanted, and I couldn't let anything scare her away from me. Not that I thought that she was too weak to handle it, but I didn't want to take any chances. I couldn't let Charlotte talk in Red's presence.

Of course, I could make Charlotte submit by force, but with her insane determination, I would rather kill her before making her shut up, and killing an alpha's daughter wouldn't look too good, especially before the annual meeting. I'd acte

  • How to Reject the Alpha King   Frustration

ARIA I threw myself face down on the bed, and let the groan of frustration vibrate through my pillow. I was pissed. How could that jerk treat me like that?! How could he use me and then make a surprised expression when he realized he had hurt me?! But the worst part of it was those lips of his... Shit! How could his lips taste so damn good?! I didn't want to leave his embrace... ever! The second he pressed my body against his, with every inch of my chest and belly feeling his rigid muscles, I turned into the horniest woman on this planet. I wanted to rip that shirt off of him and lick every deliciously crafted part of him. My anger was the only thing that stopped me from doing it. Perhaps I shouldn't feel hurt, angry, or humiliated. I should be tougher than that, and I usually was. I guess being called a whore brought my mind back to my suffering and humiliation from five years ago. It instantly made me feel dirty and took away my confidence. Wasn't it ridiculous? I was as far from

  • How to Reject the Alpha King   Guilt

ARIA"What did you say?" Tyrion looked at me, puzzled.Shit. I should have controlled myself better. I didn't think that Nessa heard me mumbling her name, but Tyrion, standing next to me, might have. I could only play dumb. "What?" My stare at him reflected his back on me."You said something." He leaned closer, narrowing his eyes at me."Did I? I was only clearing my throat."He acknowledged my dumb explanation with a brief nod, and I internally sighed in relief. That might have been the most idiotic way of bringing Tyrion closer to exposing my true identity. Thankfully, I dodged the bullet.Nessa invited us into her humble apartment. She led us to the sofa upholstered with faded flowery fabric, while she took an old wooden chair to sit in front of us. I looked around the place where she lived; the place was clean but almost raw, with brick walls painted white, a worn wooden floor, and a few old pieces of furniture in faded grayish colors."What can I do for you, Alpha Tyrion?" she a

  • How to Reject the Alpha King   Have a heart

TYRION After four hours of visiting apartments where people from the rogues' town currently lived, we found more than twenty people willing to testify in Red's favor. The amount of respect they were all giving her was astonishing. Gratitude filled every gesture they made. They were willing to put their lives on the line for her. To them, she was their Alpha, their protector, their Red Queen. "Of course, I will go to the court!" a she-wolf of over eighty years exclaimed. "If the fuckers from the Red Dawn Pack are coming, then I cannot wait until I spit in their faces!" I was honestly amazed by the eagerness that was cumulated in this granny's tiny body. It was obvious that this old lady had suffered from great mistreatment in the past but still had that fire within her. I observed Red hugging the old lady and laughing. The aura she spread among those she cared about mesmerized me. She was compassionate, wise, and strong. I couldn't help but think that she would make a perfect Luna an

  • How to Reject the Alpha King   Beyond physical

ARIAI was wondering what the hell I was doing locked in my room when there were four dead bodies in the palace. I didn't get it. It was Tyrion who filled me in with his witch problem, and the moment that witch attacked again, he decided to cut me off?! It annoyed the shit out of me.I sat by the window and looked down at the people going in and out of the palace. I expected the commotion to grow by the minute, but, much to my surprise, only two hours later, it all went quiet. Then it hit me; the crowd standing in front of the palace when the whole thing happened included only those who worked within the royal packhouse. I bet they were obliged to remain silent. Uprising panic wouldn't bring anything good, and I bet that the hysteria was exactly what the witch was counting on.More time passed and I became more and more worried. I remember Felix's face when he said that there was something else... I guess that this "something else" was aimed specifically at Tyrion since he remained th

  • How to Reject the Alpha King   Damn politics

TYRION "Don't kill the messenger!" Felix raised his hands in surrender as he shot me his shit-eating grin. I grumbled and walked past him to my room. I needed to change my shirt because Red's scent on the one I was wearing was driving me insane, not to mention that it would keep me hard as steel the entire meeting with Alpha Arlo and his Luna. Felix followed me inside and leaned his back against the door as soon as he closed it. "What?!" I growled. The beam on his face started to seriously infuriate me. "Do you want to claim her?" he asked, watching me button up my fresh black shirt. "Who?" I raised my eyebrows, stupidly denying that I knew what he meant. He huffed, "Seriously? You're gonna play like this?" "She's a rogue, Felix," I said, never realizing that those words might sound so cruel. "She's the daughter of an Alpha. I'm positive about it. I could find out more about her origins if you want me to…" The devilish smirk on his mouth only proved that he said it to tempt me,

  • How to Reject the Alpha King   Hopes and prayers

ARIAI heard a woman and a man yelling in the corridor. Their voices became more aggressive as they stomped closer to my room. It couldn't be anyone who worked at the palace. No one in their right mind spoke that way in Alpha King's home. My curiosity won against my common sense. I crawled out of my bed, tip-toed to the door, opened it slightly, and peeked outside."The rumors were right! Alpha Tyrion is a fucking idiot!" A brunette wearing a long, black high-end dress certainly didn't mince her words. Someone might think that she had a death wish, but she wasn't the only one. A sturdy, muscular guy in an expensive suit walking next to her spat venom just like the brunette."He's not a king but a joke! He might be untouchable now, but that will change! I will make sure of it!" This man's eyes flashed red as he passed by my door. Were they the Alpha and the Luna Felix mentioned? What the hell happened that got them so mad? I could hear their enraged voices until they passed the whole c

  • How to Reject the Alpha King   The trial

ARIATyrion had already found his mate. He had met his fated one, and she died… The news hit me hard in the gut. It was time to acknowledge the fact that there was no sacred bond between the Alpha King and me. He had already shared that bond with someone else, someone who was no longer alive. It meant that I had feelings for someone with whom I might not have a future with. Idiot. I was arrogant and greedy. I was the daughter of a criminal, and yet I dared hope that I was the Alpha King's destined mate. Now I was paying the price for my stupidity...My wolf cried out in my head as the vicious pain pierced right through my heart. I struggled to breathe as if something crushed my lungs from the inside, and my eyes widened as I tried to keep the wall of water that gathered in my eyes from falling."Red, are you OK?" Felix placed his hand on my shoulder, leveling his eyes with mine.I gave him a thin smile and nodded while trying to regain my composure as quickly as possible. It required

  • How to Reject the Alpha King   My right

TYRIONI hated the fact that I had to listen to all that crap Alpha Maddox, Jake, and Hawk were saying about Red and her Bright Haven, but what had happened after the three shitheads told their so-called "stories," was the worst kind of dick move ever. I had no idea if that poor, shaking Omega had been bribed, or threatened, but it was crystal clear that she didn't believe in the single word she said in this courtroom. As a King, I should remain calm and restrained until the prosecutors end their part, but I kept looking at Red and saw how much this Omega's words hurt her, and my fury grew by the second.I was at my limit. My wolf was ready to come out and tear those fuckers to shreds after at least three hours of their bullshitting. Even Felix, the coldest and most composed bastard I knew, had his eyes glowing gold and was ready to draw his claws. The shitty law my Grandfather had written forbade the defense from questioning the witnesses until the whole venom was spilled. • How to Reject the Alpha King   Epilogue - You are my Gift

TYRION Four months later I loved waking up while feeling the warmth of Aria's magnificent naked body. I could never restrain my fingers from tracing her curves while we were lying like this. I always looked forward to the soft gasps that broke through her plush lips each time my touch pleased her. This time was no different. A low growl left my throat as she shifted in her sleep, instinctively pushing her curvy butt toward my erection. I grabbed her hips and rubbed my hard cock against the sensitive skin between her thighs. She moaned. Her heart started to race, and the delicious scent of her arousal filled the air of our bedroom. My hands wandered to her breasts, feeling her nipples harden underneath the feather-like touch of my fingertips. Another moan left her lips when one of my hands slipped between her legs to tease her clit. "You're so bad for waking your Queen like this…" she breathed. "You love me when I'm bad," I purred before biting her neck. She turned around and pushe

  • How to Reject the Alpha King   The magic within me

ARIA Once the Moon Blade pierced my mate's chest, Gadreel looked at me in shock. Pain and fury twisted his expression. He curled his fingers on the silver blade and used the remains of his strength to pull it out. Too late. I might have been crying my eyes out, but my grip stayed as strong as it was at the moment I thrust the sword, ripping the flesh of my loved one. Suddenly, his body began convulsing as if he had been electrocuted. He roared viciously as his blazing eyes turned into black smoke. The overwhelming stink of sulfur hit my nostrils, making me lean back as more smoke evaporated through Tyrion's skin. I felt as if I was being led by the Moon Blade itself. It told me to withdraw the blade, and I obeyed. Once I did, Tyrion's body fell to the ground, and the sword began to shine brighter than before. Then the blade started sucking in the smoke. I could hear the shrieks of the dying demon as his essence sank in the glow of the Moon Blade until everything turned silent. I coll

  • How to Reject the Alpha King   Hope dies last

ARIAMy eyes widened in terror as I saw the dark smoke surrounding Tyrion surge into his body. The demonic essence filled him in seconds, and I could only scream while watching it happen. Hespera was slowly regaining her strength. She got up to her knees, pulled out the remaining red crystal from the pocket of her robe, and squeezed it in her hand. Then her eyes shifted to Tyrion, and she welcomed the sight of him becoming possessed by the demon with a dark grin spreading her mouth.I yanked the silver rings, trying to loosen their anchorage in the rocks. My wrists were bleeding, but I couldn't care less about the physical pain. The only ache that became unbearable was my heart breaking at the sight of Felix's bloodied corpse and my mate, who was about to become someone else...Tyrion proudly straightened up his naked body, his blood-dirtied chest heaved and fell, emphasizing his defined muscles. When his eyes opened, I knew that he wasn't the one in control of this body. Tears floode

  • How to Reject the Alpha King   Kill or die

TYRIONEight hours earlierI almost lost it when I heard that Harriet was Hespera's sister and could have located her. We could have used that spell months ago and traced that bitch before she had begun her killing spree! Harriet tried to explain that she only found out recently, but that didn't lessen my fury."Alpha Tyrion, I beg you. Try to understand that for many years I was convinced that my sister died in a fire. Not until I saw her in the coven's castle did I know for certain—""Harriet, you suspected who the dark witch might be, but you haven't told anyone about it, not even Aria. Now Aria is in grave danger, and we could have avoided it if we had caught Hespera sooner. If anything happens to Aria, I will forever blame you for it." My tone was as sharp as the finest sword, but she should still be grateful that I used words instead of my claws. She stepped back cautiously and frowned. "You know that I would never do anything to hurt Aria."I slowly exhaled my anger. "Let's hop

  • How to Reject the Alpha King   Hespera's darkness

ARIAI felt as if my body had been run over by a truck at least five times. At the same time, someone had installed hammer drills inside my head, and I could feel them piercing through my skull. I think I hated wolfsbane more than silver poisoning. And now the pain caused by the poison, mixed with the heartache caused by the betrayal of someone whom I trusted...A painful groan left my throat as I opened my eyes, and I was strangely grateful for not being blinded by light once I did. The place where I was looked like a cave filled with lit candles. I was lying on the hard, stone ground. I was cuffed in silver, and each of my hands was chained by a separate chain to a wall. The length of those chains allowed me to either lay on the ground or sit against the wall. I kept wondering why I was brought here. Should I be grateful for being still alive?"I can see that you're awake, she-wolf." Hespera's voice echoed in the cave's empty space.I turned my aching head toward the sound and saw h

TYRIONI was waiting in the side room attached to the auditorium, waiting for the ceremony to begin. It was supposed to start fifteen minutes ago. The audience had already filled their seats, and everyone was waiting for my mate to walk in and dazzle them with her beauty. Nova and Nessa stood next to me, and I could see they were more nervous by the second, just like I was.‘Alpha Tyrion, come to your office. • How to Reject the Alpha King   Soon-to-be-Queen

ARIA I had an odd and disturbing dream. It was nothing like my terrifying vision of Tyrion and me, but it still left my heart wildly pounding and my body tense. In my dream, I was merely an observer. I saw two little, smiling girls, and somehow I knew that it was Harriet and her sister. Harriet had her brown hair tied in a cute ponytail while her red-haired sister's hair was braided. They both wore similar dark-gray dresses with long sleeves, resembling the long robes the coven witches had. They were running through a flowery meadow. Then, they stopped to spin around among the flowers. At one moment, a butterfly sat on Harriet's finger. Harmony tried to touch it, but the butterfly flew away. Harriet picked up a red poppy flower and handed it to Harmony. "Harmony, look! Isn't it pretty?" she said. Harmony narrowed her deep-green eyes, and the flower dried in her hands. Then she gave Harriet a cold stare. "Don't call me Harmony. There is nothing harmonious about me," she hissed. Harr

ARIA My whole body hurt, but the dumb smile didn't leave my face. Was it what people call happiness? If so, then the hot embodiment of my happiness was lying next to me. His upper arm served as my pillow while his forearm uncontrollably caressed my back. Tyrion's other hand was lazily lying on my waist, giving him easy access to my naked buttocks. From the second I opened my eyes, I could enjoy his amazing features in a deep, peaceful sleep. I could never get enough of him. He had the amazing ability to disarm my fears, build my confidence and strength, fire up my senses, and overfill me with pleasure. Still, I knew that each day I would wake up in his arms, I would only ask for more. He was the cause of my insatiable thirst. "You're doing it again, angel." His deep purr sent a direct signal between my thighs. "I'm not doing anything… yet," I said hoarsely. He chuckled and pulled me close so I could feel every rigid inch of him. "You're aroused," he whispered as his hand stroked th

She said that she was going to be fine, but it sounded more like she didn't want to talk about it. I respected her choice, yet the image of my shivering mate stayed in my mind for the rest of the day, filling me with anxiety. It was hard to focus on my duties, but I had to. I called the royal council meeting. It was time they stopped demanding and started helping like they were supposed to. After I got rid of the pests, Aldo Lefebre was appointed a natural council's leader. I couldn't be more glad of that choice. The mood in the council seemed to change as well. I could sense no stink of hostility or fear as I entered the audience hall to sit with the council."I came to inform you of the current situation, and I demand your assistance and guidance," I started. "A few days ago, my Luna fought against the dark witch. We now know that her name is Hespera. Hespera attacked he
