"Is the coast clear?" I asked as Reese peeked out from the wall we were hiding in.

"Yeah," he quietly said. "Don Emiliano just went to sleep, and Don Luciano just went to his office. We still have to be careful, though. We don't want to alarm any of his guards."

I nodded my head. "Let's head to the secret passage, then."

They both nodded their heads.

The secret passage to Luciano's office is known only by his former guards and Reese. Even his father, Don Emiliano, does not know of this secret passage.

We went through the tiny space that led us to Luciano's office. My heart started beating faster in anticipation.
