Athena’s POV

“It’s Nate,” I admitted to Juaqin, so he stepped backward, which made me cough and allowed me to breathe normally. I needed to tell him the truth to save my child! “I did not tell you the truth because I love you!” I explained, so he sat.

He sarcastically laughed, and he angrily punched me on my tummy, “You are all the same!” He angrily said to me, “You all fooled me!” He added.

I felt a contraction, and I was shocked when I bled, “No! My child can’t die,” I said while crying; this should not be happening. I was so angry with myself. I could not save my child because I was tied in my chair.

Juaqin looked at me angrily, “You’re next!” He said. He was about to stab me using the knife he was holding, but it did not happen when someone shot him on his left hand, which is where he was holding the knife.
