Chapter Forty-six

Dai's POV

Today might just be the worst day of my life, My partner has been laying in his bed all day as usual while Lia and her friends were playing some games at one corner of the room. To distract myself from thinking about my partner's health and Lia, I got my Laptop out of the bag I brought to do some work.

It's hard to focus when the woman who makes me feel strange things is around me. We don't need to be closer to each other or make small talk for me to be affected cuz only her presence was enough to affect me. I am staring intently at my Laptop screen, when I notice Lia push a button making a sound which got me up on my feets as fast as possible.

Rushing to my partner's bed "What's going on" I asked her in a panicked voice "he's having a seizure again" she replies with teary eyes. My heart sinks seeing her in this state and my partner wasn't doing well either. The medical staffs were quick in action with taking my partner to the ER.
