Expectation

Courtney and Jennifer stood with their hands on their hips when Nina just came home, their behavior was just like a possessive parent who always wants to know what their daughter is doing and it made Nina feel annoyed, but at the same time, she found it very funny.

"Why are you looking at me like that? What's wrong?" Nina asked while sitting on the sofa and taking off the high heels that she had been wearing since morning.

"You've been coming home all night for the past two days, it looks like you managed to find a cool guy at that TV station!" Courtney said sarcastically. Now, her behavior is like a half sister who is cruel and full of envy.

Nina covered her mouth and tried to hold back a big smile which if she did, would surely tear her lips up to her ears. Maybe it's true, Nina met some cool, rich and charismatic men at that tv station. But the thing was, their coolness had absolutely nothing to do with her.
