In an instant, Rosa seized a paring knife from the coffee table and swiftly advanced toward Bentley, the blade poised dangerously close to his throat.

Watching Rosa sobbing uncontrollably, Lana's tone turned stern. "Even if you refuse to accept him as your biological father, he was willing to go to extreme lengths for you.

"If you can't appreciate his kindness, that's your choice. But how could you hurt him like this?"

"Why bother talking to her? She's capable of anything, even hurting Madam Priscilla. There's nothing she wouldn't do," someone else chimed in.

"Lana, just finish her off. Don't leave any room for escape," another urged.

Lana's expression remained stoic, akin to a commuter engrossed in their phone on a subway ride.
