Chapter 261 The Truth

As soon as Lana changed into clean clothes, she heard a helicopter arrive. As it landed on the Garrison Villa's lawn, it drew the attention of many guests.

"Hey, isn't that the woman who was taken to Liam's room earlier?" someone exclaimed, puzzled.

"No wonder everyone wants to marry a wealthy man. Look, she's flying in a helicopter today. Maybe she'll be given a mansion and a luxury car tomorrow?"

"What are you jealous of? She's beautiful, confident, and elegant. Do you have any of that?"

As the onlookers discussed, a tall figure boarded the helicopter. Lana, like everyone else, stared at him in confusion.

"Why are you getting on too?" she asked.

Liam didn't reply. He simply sat down beside her. Then, the helicopter swiftly ascended and took off.

During the journey to the hospital, Lana was so deeply buried in her worries that she didn't even notice the loud noise of the helicopter engines. Then, a pair of headphones suddenly appeared over her head.
