"What's going on? Sparrow isn't here." Jack the DEA agent working with us spoke over the phone.

" I guess we were tricked again."

"What do you want now? Do we go after your goods or go after Sparrow's men?"

"Wait...." He said, studying the place for a while. He noticed some strange movements. Another car pulled over and one of the men on suit entered. The car didn't move for a while then the door opened again after some minutes. The man in suit stepped out and was ushered into another Car.

Who did he just meet? Angel asked within him. His hunch told him two things. He was either a middle man and had just handed the deal of business to the man in the car or the man in the car was sparrow.

There was one last option though. It could be none.

"Boss... Jack wants to know what we should do." Mike said but Angel was really hesitant. What game was sparrow playing?

"What's the nearest club here?" Angel asked suddenly.

"You think he's there?"

"Both Sparrow and the original buyer could be there." The strip club is a very nice place to seal deals and pleasure." While Angel was talking Mike was already making his research. Soon he handed the tablet to Angel and he nodded. Seeing the club wasn't too far off from that place.

"Are you sure that's the place?" Jack asked when Angel told him where they were to head to.

"That's my best thought for now. Cole's men will follow the men who did business here." Angel said. After handling some few details they were on the move.

They soon got to the club. Mike was the first to go, he had posed as someone who wanted to buy an express Vip ticket at the club but he was refused an access. He offered huge sums snd requested to speak to the manager but the security wouldn't bulge. It dawned on them that those weren't club security men but cartel men when one of the men's tattoo peaked from his sleeves.

Mike was insistent and when they tried to go physical on him some of the guards Angel brought with them ran behind him showing that they were ready for a fight should the security men try to harm him.

They security men spoke between themselves and nodded at each other.

"My colleague will reach out to those in charge." One of the security man said while Mike went to relay the situation to Angel.

"We both know they're going to get ready for a fight." Angel said to Mike. Both his men and the DEA were told to get ready. The fight was about to start.

Angel knew that Mike had already been seen through the cctv camera outside the club house. If sparrow was in that building then he already knew that they were there for him. They drove all cars out of the scene watching them from a distance then some of the men were ordered to move on foot closer to the building with their guns. They first got rid of the cameras by shooting at them. The second guard who had already been alert atrempted to go in but was shot.

Now they had to wait patiently.

Soon a good number of men on suits rushed out of the building.

Had sparrow been training an army? The number of guards who came out were beyond what anyone had imagined. It was really difficult to spot Sparrow there.

A black car quickly pulled over but Angel asked his men to remain calm.

This surprised the cartel boss Rodriguez, he was the buyer whom sparrow had sold Angel's goods to. No one was attacking his men and out of curiosity he decided to take one more glance and just then the shooter Angel had placed from afar captured his face and realized he wasn't sparrow. He informed Angel that the person in the car was not Sparrow.

"We are closing in on them now. You and your men should cover up." Jack said over the radio and got ready to shoot but then the door of the club was opened and this time strippers trooped out, screaming.

This was definitely a disguise. Sparrow had to be among the crowd. He probably wanted to trick Angel knowing he wouldn't just open fire at those women.

This was just frustrating.

Even though that would form a weakness Angel had made his men sorround the place leaving them more vulnerable to gunshots. Angel had ordered his men to sorround the place. They were Cole's men to be precise but they were under Angel's command.

Jack had ordered the strippers not to move but the crowd were pushing through them.

This was really getting on Angel's nerves and it annoyed him a lot. Out of anger he began pushing through the crowd, checking each person to know if he could find sparrow.

What if it wasn't a disguise but a distraction? Maybe sparrow was taking the other way while the crowd distracted them.

Angel took a handful of his men and the DEA and pushed their way into the club. The place was really crowded more than it should have been. Angel and his men combed the entire club, even bridged the security room but couldn't get information out of them.

All suites were left open and no one was in them.

"Fucck!!!" Angel cried out scattering things. He was this close to killing sparrow again and yet he slipped out of his hand. After all effort they had put in place, the operation was proving abortive. His mistake was underestimating Sparrow.

Had they thought him capable to come up with such plan he wouldn't have missed.

"Boss ....!" Mike yelled after calling Angel's name two times before but he was too angry to hear him calling. Angel was panting heavily now, shaking in anger. How could he go back home to Thea and tell her that her life was still at risk should he send her back to her mum all because Sparrow was able to escape. He failed her and his men.

"Boss...." Mike called again and this time Angel turned around. He looked confused in thst moment looking at the man before him.

"Who is he?" He asked.

"This is Lupo, the man Lola had sent to trail denzell. There isn't much time." Mike said giving Lupo the stage to speak.

"Sparrow isn't here. He's on the way to his father. We were able to plant tracking devices on denzell's vehicles which he brought here. You are twenty minutes behind them. If you leave now, you'll catch up with them.

"How do I trust you're telling me the truth and how sure are you that Sparrow is also in the car with the rest?"

"If you trust ma'am Lola then you should trust me, because she does trust me. Also, of all days, Don Ricardo chose a watch which ma'am Lola bugged. His conversation over the phone with denzell confirms that Sparrow is with him and they are driving to a safe house." Lupo explained.

Angel had a lot of things to consider, one of which was that Don Ricardo could already know that Lola was bugging him and choose to deceive him through it but he had no idea where sparrow could be. He just had to trust that Don Ricardo trusted Lola enough not to think her capable of bugging him.

Angel had communicated with Jack asking for aid with some of his men. They were to act as back up while Cole's men went at the forefront.

They left as soon as they could, speeding as much as needed while following Danzell's trail. They were closing in and tonight seemed like a Deja vu. The road, the dark of the night, the chase. It just looked like the night Sparrow had ambushed them. The night Thea had abandoned him in order to protect him and the night everything changed. He just hoped that no one betrayed him for real this time.

"Boss... We are close. Very close." Mike announced to him. They were behind so that when Cole's men had ambushed the path would be clear for them.

In a matter of time the sounds of tires screeching, engine roaring more loudly as cars sped up, clashing of vehicles and then gunshots and painful grunts filled the air.

It was a full blown attack and there was retaliation.
