EMMA.In three days, my mind had not been at rest. I was constantly on edge, checking my phone. I would constantly wonder where it went wrong. EMMA.“Ma'am,” Anna's voice called out to me. I looked up from the papers in my hand. In recent hours, I had been able to get some work done. The presentation was mostly prepared.
