Chapter 168

Kevin knocked on Axel’s office, upon arriving in HGCI. He carefully stepped in his boss’s office, “good morning, sir,” he greeted. Axel ignores his presence and continued on doing his work; Kevin cleared his throat to catch his attention.

Axel finally look at him seriously and stop from writing in the papers on his desk, “I didn’t know that you still have time to come to work today,” Axel commented even though he haven’t heard any words from him from the time he entered in his office.

“I’m sorry, sir, if I fail to inform you about my leave. I filed a letter of absence yesterday to the HR department and approve it right away,” he explained to him.
