Part 02

It is already two o'clock in the morning, it's time for Axelina to go home. After tidying up her belongings and changing clothes, Axelina hurried out of the room. Axelina meets Rio who is chatting with Jonathan and Amar.

"Boss, I'll go home first," said Axelina to Rio. Rio nodded his head and smiled at Axelina.

"Be careful on your way, Ax. When you get home, hurry and rest," said Rio attentively.

“Copy, Boss!” said Axelina, smiling warmly at Rio, Jonathan and Amar. Axelina walked out of the cafe, while in front of the cafe, Axelina was waiting for her taxi order that didn't come.

"Waiting for a taxi?" asked Amar, startling Axelina. Axelina turned to the origin of the voice that asked her.

"Yes, sir. The taxi hasn't arrived yet," said Axelina politely.

"Let me take you home, it's already late. It's not good that women are still on the road at night," said Amar softly.

"No, sir! Thank you. I don't want to bother you, I'll just wait for the taxi. Maybe it's coming soon," said Axelina. Amar walks towards his car and starts driving his car. Amar stopped right in front of Axelina. Amar opened the windshield and told Axelina to get into the car.

"Come inside! I will take you home," said Amar full of orders. Axelina can't help but get into Amar's car. After Axelina got into the car, Amar drove the car back through the streets of Bandung, which already looked lonely.

“Where is your house, Axelina?” asked Amar while still concentrating on his car.

“At Lembang, Bandung, sir,” said Axelina.

“Are you not wrong? The distance between Rio's cafe and your house is quite far. It might take an hour,” said Amar incredulously.

“I usually take the mouse road, sir, so it's not too far to my workplace either,” said Axelina. Amar, who heard Axelina say the mouse road, couldn't help but laugh.

“Is there a mouse road that humans can pass?” asked Amar while still laughing at what Axelina said, which he thought was very funny.

Amar drove his car at standard speed through the streets of Bandung. When he looked sideways, it turned out that Axelina was fast asleep. He let her sleep. Because the journey to Axelina's house is still quite far. Amar stared at Axelina's beautiful face which looked very tired. He smoothed Axelina's hair, which looked messy.

“I'll get to you no matter what, I can't wait to take you on my bed, enjoy your beautiful body,” inner Amar said.

 Not long after, Amar's car stopped in front of a small alley.

“Does she really live in this place?” he asked himself. Amar wakes up Axelina who is still sleeping. When she felt someone holding her body, she opened her eyes.

“Sorry, Sir. I have fallen asleep in your car,” said Axelina. She felt very ashamed, because she had hitched a ride and fell asleep.

“Just relax, it's okay. I know for sure you're tired of working all day,” said Amar. Axelina got out of his car.

“Thank you in advance, sir, for burdening you to take me home,” said Axelina before she got out of Amar's car. Amar nods his head. Axelina walked towards the alley of her house without looking back again. Because she was really tired all day working. Amar, who still hasn't started his car, stares at Axelina's back who goes into the alley leading to her house. Amar easily knows where she lives. Because earlier on the way, Axelina told her the direction of the house. Amar also turned on the GPS on his car. So Amar could easily get to Axelina's house quickly.

After arriving home, Axelina immediately laid down her body, which felt very tired. Good thing tomorrow is Sunday. She can lazy all day at home.

Axelina stared at the ceiling of her room, thinking about the huge cost of her mother's treatment. Moreover, after this the mother had to regularly perform dialysis and chemotherapy. Because the cancer cells have spread to the body. Axelina's chest feels tight when she thinks about her mother. Axelina really hated her father. Because because of her father, her mother could not get treatment properly.

“Why do you have the heart to make us suffer like this, especially my mother, your wife? The only person who accompanied you when you fell and got up again. Until finally you can be as successful as now. Why do you have the heart to dump my mother for that damn woman? The selfless woman who snatched you from my mother's side. You're the cause of everything, I really hate you so much,” said Axelina softly. Her tears could not be stopped anymore, her heart was truly broken when she remembered her family that used to be very harmonious and full of love. It has now been destroyed because of the third person. Since her mother was dumped by her father, her mother has become a very quiet figure. Everyday she uses it to sell Nasi Uduk in the morning in front of the house. Because since her father left, all her family assets were taken over by her father's second wife. And like it or not, the mother uses her savings to buy a small house in Lembang, Bandung. Since she and her mother moved there, life has started all over again. The current Axelina is no longer the Axelina who was like before who was wallowing in wealth and lived like a princess. Everything has changed. In ten years, Axelina has transformed herself into an independent and hardworking person. She has forgotten her past.

“Mom, you have to be healthy in order to accompany your daughter. You're my only passion. I'll try even harder, so Mom can get well,” she said to herself.
