I stopped on my track and Finary was curious at my sudden halt. She followed the line of my sight and found the Alpha near the doorway.
“Is she stressing you so much, Finary?” the Alpha asked and chuckled.
“She is so stiff, Alpha, but we can manage.”
“Told you it would be a hard work. Anyway, we should have our lunch for now so she could rest.” The Alpha said and thank goddess for that because I felt like my knees and ankles were already about to give up.
“Sure, Alpha. We will now set up the table formally so Antheia would be used to it.” Finary said and left along with the two ladies.
And now I was left rooted on the floor, they just left me in this high heels!
With my read to give up knees, I took small steps towards the couch, balancing myself and fearing that I might fall and break my ankle again, it just healed!
