Without him moving forward to save her. He screamed,”you will pay for this. Bury her.”

 The news spread faster than fire, and everyone was shocked.” Her father was powerful, why did she have to do that?” That was the question, but answers to it were nowhere to be found.

“Ain't you worry?” A voice asked

“Worry that?”

“That we might be an attack very soon.”

“Why?” He asked.

“The girl you rejected as your mate to commit suicide, her name is Jessica, and she is the daughter of Baron musk an ally to alpha Damien, our enemy.” The unknown reported.

“I have a reason for that, but find it hard to believe that she commit suicide just because I rejected her.” Robert analysed.

“We should be prepared anyway, they might come attacking us anytime from now on. Their armies are stronger than us and many.”

“So?” Robert asked.

“So what are you going to do? Or probably you want bloodshed.”

Robert heaved a heavy sigh and look down, he used the back of his hand to hit his lap and paused…

“Why can't I reject her? Why should he wage war against me?” Robert asked, almost breaking down.

“You shouldn't have to reject her in the first place, you know if you have gotten engaged with her, our pack would have bethe second strongest in the whole of this empire.” He spouted.

“I don't want her, I don't want to be a puppet. If I had married her, my pack would have been ruled by her parents.”he explained in a sure tone.

“You reject her, then one day we would be enslaved or killed, the young ones and both the old.” Maxwell replied.

“You think I would let him kill us? I will rather surrender than to let him shed the blood of the innocent.” Robert added.

“Why would you commit suicide? Robert will pay for this, I swear to the moon goddess.”

“Jessica was only child, but Robert had rejected her, and she commit suicide,, so what do you expect of me? Let it go?” Baron musk demanded.

“The alpha of the green pack is outside the Villa waiting to be called in.” A servant reports.

“Why would he come?let him in.” Musk says to the servant.

“Hello here, sorry for the loss. Heard your beautiful and naive sweet sixteen commit suicide because of some filthy brat.”

“Thanks for the condolence greeting, but never you make mention of my daughter again” he spouted.

“Look who is angry at a word that I just threw, mind you someone throws tantrum at you, but you dare to accumulate it and everyone jeered at you because you're no longer the respectable man in this empire, Robert is the talk of the Town.” Alpha Lucas said.

“Mind if I tell you about the ongoing song circulating the whole universe?”

Baron Musk stare at him in disdain.

“Let pay a visit to rollercoaster, the breeze there is so cool such that it help keeps you refresh.” Alpha Lucas said with a grin.

Baron musk groan at his tease and stretch his hands then chew his mouth and was in thought for a while before succumbing to his words.

“Your ideas seems good, but going on a tour while in mourning period, isn't that ridiculous?” Baron musk asked.

“Never said to go on a tour, but just suggesting that … You know?” He added to support his point.

“Let just get straight to the point without beating around the bush, let be an ally, I want that idiot and his entire pack wiped out in a deadly bloodshed.” Musk said to Lucas.

“What makes you think I will comply to your words.” Lucas demanded.

“The hatred and grudges you have against Robert, remember you were to be the alpha of the Redmond pack but because you were a child from an omega you were deserted, rejected and treated as an outcast.”

“Enough! Lucas said, waving him to stop, he hissed so slowly.”

 His eyes were red and his countenance change immediately at the mention of an omega son. He was rejected, yes he was. Then deserted and left to Carter for himself, he struggles to raise his pack. His pack consist majorly ninety percent of abandoned wolf, outcast, and rogues.

He struggles to raise his army while his step-brother runs the Redmond pack. The Redmond land, which is filled of natural resources and pretty girls. Jealousy, pains, and hatred eat him up that he couldn't hide his countenance again.

 He stands up and march furiously away from Baron musk, he reached the door and place his hands on the knobs then turns to him. “Set your compass while I take the lead. We are on the same boat.” He says and slammed the door with a great force.

Baron musk smiles and stands in a great speed on his feet.

“I will never rest until I see the head of my daughter killers rolling on the floor and the blood of his pack being licked by the dogs.”

“Robert reject Jessica, she commits suicide, and the worst is yet to arrive.” A commoner voice says.

“Jessie, father Will surely attack our pack and would not rest until he sees us all wiped out.” A female voice said.

“He shouldn't have rejected her, her father got magic, and he is an ally to our enemy Lucas, the alpha of the green pack.”

“Whether he will attack or not, I already feel like fleeing this territory to another territory for refuge.”

“No matter what is going to happen in the future, I will never flee my home.” A tiny yet but sweet voice uttered.

Robert stands with his eyes glue to the sky, Boma his inner wolf has been calm since the day he rejected Jessica. Everyone thinks he is mad, rejecting a Baron daughter who could save them from any possible attack.

 He heaved down a sigh and smile like an idiot. “Father, I wish you're here, you did have scolded me and yet still advise me.”

“Shouldn't we prepare our weapons and train our soldiers ahead of the battle.” A voice asks him.

“Bloodshed is the last thing on my mind, but nevertheless you can still train them for self-protection.” Robert utters.

“If we don't fight them back when they attack us, we will be regarded to as a coward, and we'll become a laughingstock. You want that?” Maxwell demanded for an answer with his eyes glued to him.

Seconds turn into minutes, minutes to hours, hours to days, days to month, and month to year. Everyone has forgotten about Jessica, the Baron daughter who had committed suicide.

 On a faithful day, the cloud was covered with darkness as if it's going to rain. Birds scamper for safety, the trees dances to the tune of the winds. Each of the children were indoor for fear of thunderstorm.

“Seems like the rain will fall tonight since last year November, there has been little raindrops.” Maxwell said to Robert, whose eyes were glued to a book.

“That is a good sign, our prayers were answered.” Robert says. Then a wail follow his voice.

“Why are you doing these?” Robert qIt is an attack, we have been attack.” A voice said with a wailing tone.

“Attack? Attack by whom? “Robert asked with his eyes protruding out of his socket.

“Unknown force.”the unknown voice manage to mumbled on top of his voice.

“Muster the men, the army.” Robert tried to says and an arrow flew past him, and it Pierces the messenger reporting to him. Just then his eyes went red, and his wolf takes over him.

“Calm down, RIMA, we are at a loss.”

“It has been a long time I set my eyes on you, dear stepbrother.” Lucas spouted

 RIMA growled at him and Robert cursed at his voice

“Let fight him off.” RIMA his inner wolf says.

Robert, hesitates a bit and heaved a sigh then says “Lucas, we can solve this amicably without spilling blood. What do you want? Tell me and I promise I did grant it.”

“I want this whole town to be flowing in red colour.” Lucas uttered and let out a devilish smile.

“I do not wish for the Innocent to be partakers of this evil atrocity. I beseech peace and not bloody war.” Robert pleaded.

“Then you will have to step down for me while I Become the alpha of this pack.” Lucas uttered with a grin formed on his forehead.

Robert standstill for a while and exhale some air before breathing down.

“You in or not?” Lucas demanded.

“Probably you can give me someday to think over it.” Robert replied.

“Burn down the whole Villa and tie up this lowly wenches. I will love to see their heads rolling on the ground.” Lucas uttered amidst a terrifying voice which made the entire hall trembles.

“Tie and lock him up.” Lucas ordered, and the guards went straight to Robert, tying him up with some strong baboon threads.
