Another Mystery

Aira woke up the next morning to find herself tucked into her bed. The place beside her was slightly bent indicating that she wasn’t alone in her bed that night.

She remembered Vincent waking up at night and carrying her to the bed. She remembered him murmuring for her to go back to sleep.

Her memory was hazy with sleep but she could tell that he had been by her side most of the time. She could still feel his presence near her.

She got out of bed and slowly moved around the house preparing for her day.

She found her breakfast ready as usual with a note from vincent telling her not to skip her meals.

Since he moved in last week he had been taking care of her breakfasts and dinners. She’d talked to him about it since he was much busier than she was. But he had been unmovable claiming that it was the same as preparing his own meals.
