That's how I ended up locked behind bars for the next two weeks. It's one experience that will continue to leave a very bitter taste in my mouth. The inmates at the prison block treated me so badly, like the heartless murderer the entire city had tagged me.

"All hail the celebrity killer!," they would often taunt me.

Everyday was like a hell in a cell, a constant reminder of what they had made me become that I was not.

I had managed to grab myself a new lawyer, even though I wasn't sure to what end. And he made sure to confirm what I already knew.

He had walked in, wearing a gloomy face. He looked at me for a moment and then looked away almost instantly.

"Hey, what is wrong?," I asked him, trying to get him to look at me.

"Everything," he just said, not even bothering to look my way.

"Then talk to me about it." I guess I already had an inkling what he wanted to say.

"Why?"
