CHAPTER 24

I finally got to the place. My men were already at standby. Fabio and Greg had been sent on a mission, but they were to finish today.

Rafael, my elder brother, arrived in no time with his men. He took out a cigarette and lit it. Fuck, I hate smokers.

Angelo and Pablo also arrived in no time. We stood there for a while before the huge truck arrived. Our mission is to make sure the diamonds are loaded into our truck and delivered safely to our fathers warehouse.

I clocked my rifle and stood at a vintage point, my brothers also did the same. All the diamonds were finally loaded. “That wasn't so bad.” I muttered to myself.

Rafael made his way towards me. What does he want now? “If you're coming to me, better lose that cigarette.” He stopped in his tracks before tossing the bud on the floor.

“I heard you took down Gordon.” I scoffed while using my thumb to scratch my nose. “I don't remember us being that close to share our accomplishments.”
