“Yes,” Zoey said as she quickly handed over the envelope that she had received the evening before.
The receptionist took the envelope, opened it, and then entered the name into the system. The receptionist saw the image of the young lady standing before her, the name was the same and there was additional information such as who the young lady was.
The receptionist took an application form and gave it to the young lady, while Zoey stood by the computer and was filling out the form she could clearly see that the receptionist was doing something on the computer. “Finished,” Zoey said and passed the form back to the receptionist.
