Chapter 189

Inside the Regal Suite, Grace awoke with a twinge in her leg. She then noticed June was gone, and she quickly roused Priscilla.

"Prissy, wake up! June isn't here!"

After being awakened, Priscilla searched around and said somewhat perplexedly, "This is an offshore hotel, June doesn't know anyone else here, where could she go?"

Grace thought for a moment, could she have gone to find Nelson? That seemed unlikely, considering how much that June despised Nelson.

Who else could June have gone to find?

Suddenly, Grace's expression drastically changed. "Oh no, what if June went to find Frederick?"

Priscilla's frown deepened. "Why would she seek out Frederick in the dead of night?"

"It's a hotel! What else could a man and woman be doing alone?" Grace exclaimed, her anxiety rising.

She was worried that if June naively followed Frederick, her hopes of joining the Harmon family through marriage would be dashed.

A wave of fear washed over Priscilla. "No, June wouldn't..."
