Dominion Heights was a new company, according to Adam, but I had heard the name before. It was not the first time. After finishing my conversation with Adam, I went back to my crappy house and slowly packed everything of mine that I owned. Even if Dominic had paid me triple out of nowhere, I would not be able to keep up with monthly rent. Adam may have been somewhat understanding and was not too hard on me when I could not pay on time, but if the apartment were being handled by someone else, they would probably not be as understanding. I had managed to pack up the remaining of my things and slept early. I thought about what Adam had said. Was he lying? Was it true that Dominic was the buyer?
