Author’s POV

The rising sun cast a rosy hue across the morning sky. Golden fingers of sunlight lit up the scene while The just-risen sun shone softly on the city streets, bringing with it a flurry of early-morning activity.

Jenny’s sleep was disturbed by the warm sun rays that fell on her face straight through the window.

Rubbing her blurry eyes, Jenny yawned softly before she noticed the weight on her body. Turning her head to her left side she saw the adorable sight she could ever imagine. Ryan was sleeping, with his head on her chest and his rest of body on hers. His legs were tangled with hers, while his arms were wrapped around her stomach. She was stunned to find herself in such a proximity with him.

Inhaling the freshness of morning, she smiled looking at his messy hairs that almost covered his forehead fully. His almond shaped eyes were shut, as he breathed in rhythm. Slowly freeing her left hand from his hold, she stroked his mushy thick hairs tenderly.
