A couple of days had passed after Mason's announcement. He wanted Aurora to rest more before a small ceremony in front of the pack. He wanted to make sure that she looked strong to the rest of the pack. He knew that she was but her first impression mattered when trying to get others to follow. Rich and Roger were put on Lila duty. They were to get as close to the Whispering Shadows Coven territory as they could without raising suspicion. They checked in with Arden and Mason regularly. Aurora looked around the large room. It was modern in its style but also still had some touches that made it feel like home as well. Aurora looked around the office. It was a lot more spacious than the basement that she worked in at their old home. It had been completely stripped apart from a large wooden desk and a few matching wooden filing cabinets. Arden had asked which office she preferred as Lila had taken the Alpha office. "It seems that everything is as it should be. You are recovering nicely," Doctor Collins said as he looked down at his clip board. They had run a few test on Aurora to clear her. Doctor Collins looked up from the board and caught Aurora and Arden looking at one another. The meaning behind their expression was not hard to figure out. Eli only spared his mother a glance before waving goodbye and running into the small elementary school. Aurora laughed. She was happy that Eli was so excited to go to his new school.
