Kelvin smiled in his sleep, his hand reached for his wife and his smile widened. In his dream, she had told him she loved him. Something poked his side’s, he moaned without opening his eyes. He wanted to sleep for longer. He wanted to return to his dream so he could ask her just how much she loved him.
Her question last night had taken him by surprise. He wasn’t sure what love was but he knew what he felt for her was more than the usual feelings. The poke on his head made his eyelids flutter open, he looked up to brown eyes and a smile that made his heart stop.
