"You know, you don't have to stay at home just because the kids asked you to. I'm sure you would want to be at the bar." Abigail said pouring a small amount of water into a pot, she had on fire, staring at Marcel from the side of her eyes.

"First of all, the bar would survive a day without me. Secondly, I want to be here... I want to be with the kids. It's a saturday, why should I spend it at the insides of a boring office huh?" Marcel shrugged passing her a bowl filled of chopped potatoes.

"Thank you." Abigail replied taking the bowl from him.

"Besides, my sister is reading for her final year exams and because of that she can't be here today. And because I don't want my wife feeling lonely, I decided to keep her company." Marcel whispered in Abigail's ear, wrapping his hands around her waist.

Abigail blushed, pretending to be focused on the hot German potato salad she was making. She had found the recipe online and decided to try it out.
