CHAPTER 74

Nolan and Eleanor were on their way to the hotel when he got a text from Wendy saying Lucia wanted to see him and it was really important.

"What is it?" Eleanor asked

"It's Queen Lucia."

"What does she want?" Eleanor asked

"She wants too see me." Nolan answered

"Why? We are going for the annual meeting just like anyone else why does she have to see you before tomorrow?" Eleanor asked

"Would you just quit your whining Eleanor?" Nolan said

"Why should I? Who knows what you do with her when you're both alone." Eleanor said making Nolan angry.

"Oh so that is what this is all about? You're jealous, Eleanor you know there's nothing going on between me and the Queen." Nolan said

"Really? How can I be sure that there's really nothing going on between you two? You've always treated Audrey differently." Eleanor said

"How so? What would you have wanted me to do? Treat her like garbage?" Nolan asked

"You treat her too well... Like she's your daughter. Or is she your daughter with Lucia?"
