CHAPTER 45: FAMILIAR

SHANBRI POV

I woke up the twins early because we were leaving the house together today.

It's the first day of my part time job at the Cafe and I want to go to work early so I can have a good start.

I just took my children with me because their school is close to the Cafe where I will be working.

I told the children not to go out with anyone again, especially if they don't know them. I don't want a repeat of what happened yesterday.

So I told the security guard of their school that if possible, they should not be allowed to go with others again and not let them leave the school until I pick them up.

After dropping off the twins at their school, I went straight to the Cafe and it looks like I'm early because it's only 7:00 am and my work here starts at 8:00 am and the Cafe opens every 9:00 am.

I saw that the door of the Cafe was open so maybe someone was already inside.

Maybe it's one of the caretakers who come from the Cafe every morning or maybe my boss, S
