Alessia

It's been a little over a month since we got down here, and honestly, I'm going a bit stir crazy. Lyle has kept me entertained and I him, but I can feel it weighing on him to.

After Lunch I find the hidden library where there are about a hundred different books about my kind, or well both halves of my kind. Some things are like they are on those tv shows teen wolf twilight and vampire diaries, but lots are not.

Like the need for a daylight ring or the shimmering skin. They were legends Made up to make people feel safer about the things they fear. As for the wolf side they are not immortal like the vampires, but they live a few thousand years longer than humans.

Reading all these books I found there is a whole magical community including fae, wolfs, Lycans, vampire, witches who I actually found live longer lives then even the wolves do, dragons and other things I can't understand even after reading about them.

"ALESSIA! ITS TIME TO GO RIGHT NOW!" Lyle yells from the kitchen and I run out to find him looking for me. Grabbing my wrist with his big hand he pulls me to a wall in the living room. Putting his hand on the wall he says more of those words I don't understand and pulls me through the wall, literally through a wall.

Once on the other side of the wall my stomach royals up and before I can stop it, I vomit on the ground next to me. "I'm sorry I am not sure what happened." Lyle laughs "The first time I went through a portal I passed out and puked all over myself it's no big deal." taking a deep breath I look back at the wall "a portal?"

"Yeah a portal we aren't in Hulbert any more Dorthy. Now come on we have to see the Fae council and let them know what's going on since were in their realm and all." my mouth drops open "Close your mouth before you swallow a fly." Lyle says with a cheesy grin.

The hike has been so, so, so long, my legs are burning, my feet hurt, I'm cold, and I'm so tired! All of that is quickly forgotten as Lyle tilts my head up to see a castle just a short distance away.

The castle is perched high on a snow-covered mountainside, with a waterfall cascading down the cliff face from the castle’s bridge at the base. The castle is a huge, gray stone structure with multiple towers and battlements. It appears to be designed in a medieval style.

The Castle even bigger when we got up to the stone bridge. It was kinda intimidating. Stopping to take a look over the edge I regretted it immediately as my fear of heights set in and I got a bit woozy. Large strong arms wrapped around me and for just a second I thought it was Lyle, but the smell was wrong for it to be him, when had I actually started sniffing people, eww.

My wolf laughed "oh just wait till the full moon and we shift for the first time, after that all your senses will heighten." Turning around still in the man's arms I look up to see his face. "Hello Princess." he says in the sexiest voice I have ever heard, and shivers rack my body.

"H-hello" I stuttered back and the man lets out a deep throaty laugh. When he released me, my mind cleared, and I looked at him. He was beautiful Very tall and muscular much bigger then Lyle. "Hi I'm Toby, the youngest son of Fae king Riccardo Valsecchi. You must be Princess Alessia Wilson." he says taking my hand and kissing the top.

"We have been expecting you." he takes my hand and starts walking towards the front doors. I pull my hand away politely he looks down at me with an eyebrow up and a sly smile on his face. "Margo explained your, situation to my father and asked that he take you in and train you for what your are going to face.

I heard the wolf princess had indeed found her mate, but I never would have guessed it was a vampire. How much do you know about mates?" Shaking my head "Not much really the books I read were rather vague on the whole affair." He nods, a thoughtful look on his beautiful face "Being raised human you must have gone into the church yeah?" he questioned.

I nod in response. "Good so you have a basic understanding of God and the creation of man. Adam and Eve and their children Awan and her twin Cain, Able, Seth, and Azura. Awan was first married to Able until he was murdered by his brother able. but what was not told in the human bible is that Cain was given a wolf spirit at birth, he was the first shifter with a very strong alpha presence.

Able was human along with Awan. Seth was Fae and his sister, and wife was fox, and I dont just mean beautiful." I snicker at his joke and he continues as we walk through the castle. "Able and Awan made the first quadruplets in history before Cains Jealousy became murderous the children were taken by Adam and Eve and raised as their own.

Gods displeasure at the loss of Able had him bless two of Able's children Amare the first-born son and Stella the last-born daughter with vampirism, the ability to sustain one's life on the life blood of another. This to angered Cain until his first-born son Enoch was blessed with visions of heaven and future comings of the world.

It all sounds very cringy for the world of absolution we live in where incest is frowned upon, but with the blessings on the children making them so different it changed them.
