Kim was angrily staring at her phone screen as she went through her messages with Ruby. It was filled with short replies and greetings and she almost threw her phone at the wall in anger.

It has been over a week since the couple left and Ruby had refused to divulge any relevant information about their whereabouts or what they have been up to.

Kim ran her hands through her hair and angrily slumped on the bed. She felt jealousy making its way into her mind and her already black heart darkened at the thought of Ruby and Jaxon being all lovey-dovey while she was stuck in this mansion.

She smirked as she thought about what had happened before the couple traveled.

“Enjoy while you still can, Ruby, because your rich husband is going to be mine sooner than you think.” Kimberly laughed out loud.

What else was left? She had successfully slept with him, and she was very sure that he would come back for more. She knew she was better than Ruby and Jaxon would realize that fact soon enough.
