Chapter 21

Everyone was caught off guard for a moment. They never expected Henry to step up at a critical moment.

"Hey, there's someone here not afraid of death."

"Take a look at yourself before speaking. How can you be Ms. Miller's husband?" Alex sneered.

"Slap him," Henry said calmly.

"You—

"Argh!"

Alex felt a sharp pain on his cheek when he was about to continue mocking Henry. He spun and hit the wall before landing on the ground.

Everyone was dumbfounded.

Everything had happened so quickly.

However, the person throwing punches previously had become the one getting beaten.

A few thugs were stunned; they rushed toward Henry.

Bam!

The thugs had all been beaten and were lying on the ground.

Lydia and Sarah were confused. They could not believe what they had seen.

Alex lay on the ground, half his face swollen, staring at Henry in amazement.

"Who the hell are you?"

"Lydia's husband!"

Henry moved slowly forward, picking up a fork from the table.
