"I know, it's all my fault," Robert said, his voice tinged with regret.

"Nevermind. I haven't had a grandfather since my dad died. Not since my mom and I were driven out of the family," Henry replied coldly.

"You don't understand what happened back then. If I hadn't acted as I did, the Trumans—"

"Enough. I understand very well what happened back then." Henry cut him off, recalling his mother's revelations.

"Who told you?" Robert was taken aback.

"That's none of your business. Is there anything else? I'm very busy right now." Henry dismissed him.

"Fine. I understand. It's my punishment." Robert sighed and turned to leave, seeming devastated.

Henry felt a pang of guilt.

"Maybe he did have his reasons."
