Book 2: The Lost Princess - Ch. 55 Lycans

Adriana's Point of View

After the grand coronation of the Royal Consort, Daemon and I slipped away from the celebration, seeking the solace of our private quarters. The air was thick with the lingering echoes of laughter and music, but within these four walls, it felt like a serene sanctuary. I drew him close, feeling the warmth of his body against mine. My fingers gently traced the contours of his back, gliding down the elegant curve of his spine until they settled on the softer roundness of his bottom.

Daemon's hands rested on my back, his touch tender and reassuring. Yet, his eyes were closed, his mind seemingly adrift in a sea of contemplation. I, too, found myself lost in thought, reflecting on the beauty of the evening—how everything felt so magical and charged with possibility.

With a playful smile dancing on my lips, I broke the comfortable silence, teasingly inquiring, "A penny for your thoughts?"

He chuckled softly, his eyes flutterin

Adriana’s Point of ViewAfter a run in the forest together for the first time as Lycan, Daemon, and I shifted back to human form as we neared Perry and Tyler."Your majesties," gushed Perry as he bowed to us."I guess they are now," remarked Tyler. "So how is this going to work? Do I still call you Alpha?""I have no idea. We will make it up as we go along," shrugged Daemon."Let us get back inside and discuss this in your home office," said Perry. We walked back into the house with the Royal Guard following us. They would continue to guard the perimeter around the house, as they always did. Now that Daemon was Lycan, I wondered whether they would have to go through a blood oath to him. I was sur

Adriana’s Point of View It took a few more days for all the Alphas and Council members to finally leave. The only Council member remaining was Sebastian, and he would be staying here long term. Now that the packhouse was empty, the builders moved back in, in force, and renovating began in earnest. Daemon's construction company was enormous, so the original team of builders continued renovating the old packhouse. Another was constructing chalet-style cabins to house all the Royal Guards and potential family members. These were situated next to our current house. We decided this would definitely be our permanent home as it was much larger than the old packhouse and frankly looked more regal. A third team was building guest houses since it was likely that we would have many visitors. These were situated closer to the packhouse but still

Adriana’s Point of ViewIt was three months since Daemon was recognised as King. During that time, we had continued to train hard. Adam and Daemon were worried about the Red Devil and Half-Moon packs, but Adam had a few ideas about what we could do about it. He met with Delilah and Sebastian to discuss his ideas. The Council of Alphas were cooperating with the witch's Council to investigate where Kree might possibly be hiding. Despite working tirelessly, their efforts seemed to be in vain as Kree's trail grew cold. They even consulted seers to see if she could be found. The answers were all the same - Kree would attack the Royal Pack within the next six months, and the outcome could not be determined.Delilah, Pania, and Amiria continued their work in fortifying the pack boundaries, ensuring that not even the slightest hint of Kree

Daemon’s Point of ViewFor the next few weeks after the attack, the two rogues Wilson and Carlisle had captured were interrogated. I had promised Adriana that we would not torture them, but we weren't going to treat them like guests. They would answer my questions truthfully, or I would use my aura to force them. Before questioning the rogues, Amiria cast a spell that would conceal the rogues as if they had died. That way, Kree could not sense that they were still alive. I was dubious as to whether this would work, but we needed the information, so I went along with it.During questioning, I found out something interesting about my Lycan."I don't know where Kree is," one of the rogues flippantly answered. For some reason, I knew he was lyin

Daemon's Point of ViewToday's meeting was in our new offices at the packhouse. Since moving into our new house on what was the Silver Wolf Pack lands, the overall plans for the original packhouse had changed. All of our offices and a new meeting room were downstairs, with guest quarters on the top two levels.Adriana, Perry, Tyler, Charlotte, Adam, and Delilah were discussing how well the interpack training was going when one of the guards at the gate mind-linked me."We appear to have visitors. I think we should all go and meet them," I explained to the team. "They are asking for Adriana and I, and they are not wolves.""If they are not wolves, what are they?" Adriana asked, to which the rest of the group echoed their curiosity."The guards didn

Tyler's Point of ViewWhen I walked down to the gate, I felt something strange. My wolf, Echo, was jumping around in my subconscious and was either agitated or excited. I couldn't tell."What is wrong?" I asked him."Something's happening! Something important! Something!"Some help he was. I decided to ignore Echo and concentrate on what was happening. It was difficult even to focus on that because there was this amazing smell. I couldn't help but sniff the air, setting Echo off again.Daemon seemed to notice how unfocused I was, and he definitely saw me sniffing the air. "Is there a problem?" he asked.I shook my head, partly to dispel Echo's jumping about. "I don't think so. There may be bears and large cats, but there is something else. Something different, but doesn't feel bad.""Keep your ears, eyes and nose open, then. Let me know straight away if you sense something wrong. With Kree still out there, we can never be too careful," Daemon replied.Daemon's words snapped me back t

Tyler's Point of View"You are my mate, and I have been waiting a lifetime to meet mine. I also honour the Moon Goddess and cherish the mate bond she grants us," she answered.I had been waiting my adult life to hear these words. With a mixture of relief and excitement, I couldn't help but let out a sigh of relief. Avril was willing to give this connection a chance. Echo's jubilant howl echoed in my mind; his excitement finally matched with a sense of relief.Meanwhile, Echo was practically doing cartwheels of joy in my subconscious. His enthusiasm and excitement were palpable, and I couldn't help but feel a surge of hope and anticipation. As we continued talking and getting to know each other throughout the meal, the initial tension dissipated. Our conversation flowed easily, and we discovered common interests and shared experiences. The more we spoke, the more it became evident that we were two pieces of a puzzle meant to fit together."Before we can explore this bond between us, we

Adriana's Point of View"The Fae, Avril, is Tyler's mate," Daemon mind-linked me."Is she? Oh, my Goddess!" I gasped in astonishment as I processed the revelation. The bond between a Fae and a wolf shifter was exceedingly rare. The only known one was the original Silver Wolf Pack."Do Fae feel the mating bond?" I asked Daemon."I'm not sure, but I know they worship the Moon Goddess, among other deities," he answered.I hoped for Tyler's sake that Fae did indeed feel the mate bond or wouldn't reject him. Any bond should be considered a sacred connection in our mystical world. At least Tyler would get to work alongside Avril, allowing them to get to know each other.Daemon stood and announced, "Ladies and gentlemen, once we have finished our early lunch, I would like for us to have a meeting. Unfortunately, the renovations to the packhouse are not fully completed, so I will arrange for cars to take us to our home office."Based on the murmurings, the general consensus was that everyone

Well, that one's finished. There is more to come in the series, along with some of the smaller stories, which are exceptionally important. Of the five major books in the series, there is only one left when Cedric goes looking for his mate. Of the smaller ones like Dragon Princess, there are another 4 that come before the 5th book. Like Dragon Princess, these 3 come before Book 4. I just haven't written the smaller ones in order.- Into the Light- A Love eternal- My Omega, My Mate The smaller book that comes between Books 4 and 5 is called Redemption, and it follows Michaela's journey. >>>>When I finished writing Book 4, I started rewriting Book 1 to make it better. It will be made available on May 1st on A****n. Although there is a remarkable difference in the number of words (37,000), there were no plot changes. I am currently rewriting Book 2, and there are minute changes to the plot. Things I wished I put in there after I had already started publishing. Once I've finished re

  • Hidden Legacy (The Lost Luna)   Chapter 65 Farewell

Lucienne’s Point of ViewThe morning air was crisp and filled with the gentle hum of conversation as the dining hall came alive. It was the day of farewells, and though my heart felt heavy at the thought of parting from my family and friends, the love and laughter filling the room helped to keep the sadness at bay.The large oak table was laden with food—platters of eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, pastries, and jugs of juice and coffee. My mates, Marc and Cole, sat on either side of me, their presence grounding me.I glanced around the room, engraving every detail into my memory, knowing these moments would sustain me in the months ahead. My parents sat at the head of the table with their usual regal poise, though the warmth in their gazes betrayed their pride and love. My mother’s hand rested gently on my father’s, a gesture of the eternal love they shared. My siblings surrounded them, each one a piece of my heart I would carry with me. My twin and other half, Cedric, ever the leader, wore

Point of ViewI released him, only to pick up where I left off. Soon enough, they were both naked, their bodies crafted to perfection by the Moon Goddess. I watched with pure satisfaction as Cole stroked himself. Marc bent me forward before kneeling down to worship my dripping pussy. My face was now level with the object of my desire—Cole's engorged shaft.Pre-cum formed on the tip, enticing me. My tongue flicked the tip, tasting him. The rich, smooth taste of chocolate contrasted with the sweet taste of orange. My favourite. Cole groaned, tangling his fingers in my hair as I took him into my mouth. My hips bucked instinctively when Marc buried his face between my thighs, his expert tongue finding that sweet spot I'd missed so much. He lapped at me with increasing fervour, bringing me to the brink and then backing off, prolonging the delicious agony. As he slid two lubed fingers inside my back hole, curling them upwards towards my G-spot, a sound slipped out of me before I could sto

  • Hidden Legacy (The Lost Luna)   Chapter 63 Luna

Lucienne’s Point of ViewThe air buzzed with anticipation as the pack gathered beneath the silver glow of the half-moon. The courtyard of the pack house had been transformed into a vision of ethereal beauty—magical Fae lights draped from the trees thanks to Aunty Avril and Aunty Alise, their glow soft and warm against the deepening twilight. The scent of fresh roses and lilacs filled the air, mingling with the crisp, earthy scent of the forest.Tonight, I would become the heart of the Howling Moon Pack, their Luna. My heart raced as I glanced around, taking in the familiar faces of my friends and family, along with some of the pack members I had met. Most were warriors, but since I encouraged everyone to train, I was coming to know all of them.My parents stood near the front of the gathered crowd, regal and proud. My father would preside over the ceremony, a rare and significant honour. Beside him, my mother, looking every bit the Queen she was, offered me a soft, reassuring smile.O

  • Hidden Legacy (The Lost Luna)   Chapter 62 Getting On With Life

Lucienne’s Point of ViewThe faint scent of jasmine and lavender lingered in the room as I finished my morning counselling session with Dr. Simeon. The discussions were helping more than I had expected. Though the wounds were far from healed, they didn’t feel as raw as before. Dr. Simeon’s steady presence and gentle insights were like a balm to my battered soul. After our session, I made my way to the pack house’s office, where Marc and Cole were waiting. Their bond with me had only grown stronger in the past few days. They were incredibly supportive, often attending sessions with Dr. Simeon to better understand how to help me. Their patience and steady reassurance made me feel like I wasn’t facing this alone.Although we hadn’t had sex since coming back, I slept next to them every night. I felt I was ready to take our relationship to the next phase towards normality. One of those was leading the pack.“I think Annabelle would make an excellent temporary Gamma,” I said, taking a seat

  • Hidden Legacy (The Lost Luna)   Chapter 61 Starting Point

Lucienne's Point of ViewThe morning sunlight filtered softly through the curtains as I made my way to the pack house dining room. My conversation with Marc and Cole last night had settled some of my nerves, but the weight of everything I’d endured still pressed heavily on my chest. I tried to push it aside, to focus on the warmth of their steady presence beside me, but my thoughts kept circling back to the same point: I couldn’t keep bottling everything up.I needed to talk to my mother. As a child, there were times when only a mother’s hug and gentle words would fix everything. I found her sitting on a reading bench in the main room.“Lucienne,” she said, her voice warm yet carrying the natural authority she wielded effortlessly. She gestured for me to sit across from her. “I was just about to have some coffee. Would you care to join me?”I settled into the seat beside her, the rich scent of freshly brewed coffee wafting from her cup. “Coffee sounds good,” I replied, though my voice

  • Hidden Legacy (The Lost Luna)   Chapter 60 Reassurance

Marc’s Point of ViewThe room was quiet, the soft glow of the bedside lamp casting a warm light over the space, but the silence wasn’t peaceful. It was heavy, like the calm before a storm. Cole sat on the edge of the bed, his head bowed slightly as he rubbed the back of his neck, his tension palpable even in the subdued light. I stood near the dresser, absently folding the shirt I had discarded earlier, my eyes fixed on Lucienne. She stood near the window, her arms wrapped tightly around herself as she stared into the night. My fingers moved methodically, smoothing out the fabric of the shirt, creasing it along lines I didn’t care about but couldn’t stop obsessing over. Fold the sleeve inward. Match the edges perfectly. Smooth again. The shirt had already been folded three times, but it gave my hands something to do, a way to release the restlessness building in my chest.Cassius was pacing in my mind, his agitation bleeding into my every thought. “Comfort her. Go to her. Hold her.” H

  • Hidden Legacy (The Lost Luna)   Chapter 59 Home Again

Cole’s Point of ViewDawn broke over the city as the last of the Supernatural Council guards departed with the prisoners. Thank the Goddess that the docks were a rundown abandoned area with few to no humans. The warriors we brought with us cleared the area before the Council arrived. The rogues and traitors, shackled and subdued, were loaded onto the council’s enchanted wagons, their fates sealed. I stood beside Marc, our shared relief palpable as the weight of the past days began to ease. Lucienne stood a few steps ahead, her posture straight and proud, but I could feel the tension radiating from her.Marc and I exchanged a glance. She hadn’t spoken much since we found her. It wasn’t like Lucienne to hold back—she was bold and fearless, her emotions always worn like a badge of honour. But now, her silence was deafening, the weight of everything she had endured pressing down on her.She stayed close to us, her touch grounding. Whether holding our hands, leaning into us, or simply brus

  • Hidden Legacy (The Lost Luna)   Chapter 58 Consequences

Lucienne's Point of ViewTaking our prisoners upstairs, Elizabeth’s face twisted into a mask of desperation. “Reject her!” she demanded, her voice shrill. “Choose Beatrice instead. She’s been trained for this position her entire life. You grew up with her—you know her! She’s everything a Luna should be. Not some—some Gamma!”Her words grew more frantic as she continued. “Beatrice loves you! She’s ladylike and graceful; everything Lucienne isn’t!”Elizabeth was giving me whiplash. First, she mistook Marc and Cole’s Lycans for my parents, recognising that I am a princess. Then she called me a mere Gamma as if what she said previously was non-existent.Marc and Cole both laughed the sound deep and mocking.“You’re delusional,” Cole said bluntly.“As is Beatrice,” Marc added, his tone filled with disdain. “To think we’d ever give up our fated mate for something far less.”“As if we’d give up our fated mate for anyone else,” continued Cole. “Unbelievable!”Elizabeth’s mouth opened and clos
