Ariana's Point of View

"He doesn't want us!" I cried to Calliope. "He doesn't want us at all!"

I could feel her whimpering and whining as I ran upstairs to get away from Daemon and his new Luna. Staying here was definitely not an option, and Calliope agreed. I wiped my eyes and picked up my bag with all my gear ready to go. My first stop would be my mother's house, where I could make some plans.

As I was leaving, Tyler came running up the stairs. When he saw that I had my bag, he looked concerned.

"What are you doing?" he asked.

"I'm leaving," I said and tried to push past him.

"I can't let you do that," he answered, putting his arm out.

How dare he stop me? How dare they keep me here against my will when Daemon is bringing another woman in here to mate with. I was beyond angry now.

"Back off!" I growled at him with as much animosity and hatred as I could muster. "You will not follow me!"

To my surprise, and his, by the look on his face, he did just that.

"What did you do?" T

The ability to communicate in relationships is a learned ability. Considering her mother kept a lot from her and the fact that she has never been in a romantic relationship, there is a lot of learning to do around positive communication. Flight or fight are natural responses.

Ugh! Why do they always run away instead of talking first?

  • Hidden Legacy (The Lost Luna)   Book 1: The Lost Luna - Ch. 35 Found Her

Unknown's Point of View *** Warning: Graphic violence and badly spoken English.*** "Hey, boss! I seen a woman who looks like the splitting image of the photo whats you showed us," Kyle told me over the phone. "She's young but looks the same." "You mean spitting image," I sighed, closing my eyes and pinching the bridge of my nose. I despised listening to that imbecile mangle his native and only language. It was painful to hear and always gave me a headache, so I was thankful that the idiotic rogue wasn't able to mind-link me. Only my pack members could do that. However, to find a young woman who looked like Luna Mara was exciting news. On the night of the attack, we killed everyone who was there. We left no one alive who could have recognised us. However, I knew we had missed the pregnant Luna when we searched the bodies. There had been a total of three pregnant women in the pack, but none of them was her. The pregnant women were captured and dealt with separately. Kree said it wou

  • Hidden Legacy (The Lost Luna)   Book 1: The Lost Luna - Ch. 36 Fix This Shit!

Daemon's Point of View "I said you will not be staying!" The angry look on my face must have finally registered in that simpering woman's head. Thanks to her, Adriana, my mate and Luna-to-be had run out of the room upset. I could feel her emotions through our bond. I needed to deal with this woman and my bloody father before I could go to Adriana and make things right. I turned to Mitchell and yelled, "You had to go ahead and interfere in something you should have kept well out of! Now fix this shit before I do something we'll both regret!" "I-I-I'm sorry, son," he stammered. "At the beginning, I thought I was helping you, and when you started talking about Adriana, I completely forgot to get back in contact with Rikard." "I'll fix it with him," he mind-linked me. "You had better!" I replied tersely. "My father assured me that I would mate with your son and be Luna of the pack," Melinda sulked to Mitchell. "I never agreed to that," he replied. "I only set up the meeting. It was

Adriana's Point of View “Adriana? Where are you, babe?” “Hey, Adriana. I need you to come back, sweetheart. I need you to be here.” Why was Daemon still trying to contact me? It was two times now. He already had his chosen Luna, and there was no way he could have both of us. I wouldn’t allow it, and frankly, I didn’t think she would either, whoever she was. Callie had told me that Daemon wouldn’t be able to mark his new Luna because marking your true fated mate was forever. Knowing that made me realise that the emotional distance I thought was between us was most likely because he hadn’t meant to mark me in the heat of the moment. I certainly didn’t mean to sink my canines into his neck, either. Still, Calliope took over momentarily, and it just happened. I assumed that it was the same for him. This thought reminded me that Calliope hadn’t spoken to me yet. I could sense how sad and depressed she was. It was the same for me. For now, I would let her fret about Theo, but I wasn’t g

  • Hidden Legacy (The Lost Luna)   Book 1: The Lost Luna - Ch. 38 Caught You!

Adriana's Point of View "You!" he spat. "You are coming with me!" "What did I do?" I cried. "I haven't done anything. Leave me alone!" Grabbing me by my hair, he yanked me up and hauled me to the front of the bus. "You can go now," he said to the driver as he dragged me out the door. Two pickups were parked in the middle of the road, which was obviously to stop the bus. The masked man forced me into the front vehicle with three others sitting inside it, and we drove off. What the hell was happening? I didn't think these men were sent by Daemon. "Why are you doing this?" I asked, the pain in my neck almost forgotten. I was unceremoniously dumped onto the back seat of their vehicle. It looked like it was an off-road pickup that had seen plenty of wear and tear. Two men sat in the front. There was already another man in the back seat, and the guy who grabbed me sat beside me on my right, sandwiching me between them. All four of them were shifters. If I said I wasn't scared beyond

  • Hidden Legacy (The Lost Luna)   Book 1: The Lost Luna - Ch. 39 Where Is She? Part 1

Tyler's Point of View When I went upstairs after Adriana, I was prepared to incite Daemon's wrath. Adriana needed comforting after witnessing that woman coming on to Daemon as if she were his mate. Adriana was our Luna, not her. I was expecting her to be upset. When I got upstairs, I was not expecting her to be angry like that. I had never seen Adriana angry before, and she was a force to be reckoned with. I could almost pity Daemon for riling her up. Almost. Another thing I was not expecting was for Adriana to have a bag packed and be leaving. "What are you doing?" I asked her. "I'm leaving," she said, stating the obvious and pushing past me. "I can't let you do that," I replied, as there was no way in hell that Daemon would let his mate leave. Then Adriana did something I never knew she was capable of. She gave me an Alpha command that I couldn’t help but be compelled to do as she said. What the hell? This was no mere Luna command. I would have been able to override that becaus

  • Hidden Legacy (The Lost Luna)   Book 1: The Lost Luna - Ch. 40 Where Is She? Part 2

Daemon's Point of View "Where is my mate?" I demanded of Callie and Zeke. Damn those two for hiding her from me. I vaguely remembered meeting them before when they came and sought permission to work and live outside of the pack lands. Depending on how much they had to do with Adriana disappearing, I might be rescinding my approval. What surprised me was Callie's outburst, though, and I had to give it to her for being a loyal friend to Adriana. It also gave me insight into what Adriana had told them. They now knew she was my mate and that she believed I would choose that stupid woman above my beautiful Adriana. How could she have thought that? Geez. Where had I gone so wrong as to not make it clear to her that I wanted her and no one else? In hindsight, I should have sat Adriana down immediately after her heat and told her what I had planned for us. Instead, I waited until I spoke to my father, and everything went to hell. Yet again, I had some fixing up to do in regards to her. I j

  • Hidden Legacy (The Lost Luna)   Book 1: The Lost Luna - Ch. 41 Where Is She? Part 3

Daemon's Point of View Tyler, Adam and I were travelling at top speed down the highway, hopefully towards Adriana. Kilometre after kilometre flitting past. None of us sought to make conversation, for which I was thankful. Theo and I were extremely apprehensive about Adriana, and the pain in my mark irritated me and made me short-tempered. I would prefer not to snap at either Adam or Tyler. Ahead of us, we could see the bus still in the middle of the road and police cars surrounding it, with their lights flashing. It didn't look like the bus had crashed or anything, but we weren't going to be able to tell if it had until we were much closer. I silently prayed to the Goddess that it hadn't and that Adriana was okay. As we neared, one of the city constables indicated for us to pull over. Adam wound the driver's side window down. "We won't be long, and then you can go on your way," said the police constable. "Excuse me, Constable, we need to catch up to the bus," Adam replied "Yeah,

  • Hidden Legacy (The Lost Luna)   Book 1: The Lost Luna - Ch. 42 What Hell Is This?

Adriana's Point of View Things were looking bleak. I had woken up in an unfamiliar place I had no idea where it was. Clearly, I was inside, and it was a storage room based on the old boxes stacked in the corner. However, it didn't seem as if it was somewhere used often, if at all. There was a musty, rancid smell. The kind that came from rotting produce that had been decaying for years. Many years. In the room with me were five shifters. I could smell them. Four of them had been in the vehicle with me and smelled the same; fetid and gross. It stunk. It wasn't normal. The apparent leader had a completely different smell, like a regular shifter, except that he wasn't regular in any way, shape or form. "Take your contacts out," he demanded. I could feel his Alpha aura trying to overpower me and compel me to do as he commanded. It wasn't working, but I was in shock, and all I could do was stare at him with my mouth open, catching flies, as my mother used to say. My mother. The only othe

  • Hidden Legacy (The Lost Luna)   End of Book 4

Well, that one's finished. There is more to come in the series, along with some of the smaller stories, which are exceptionally important. Of the five major books in the series, there is only one left when Cedric goes looking for his mate. Of the smaller ones like Dragon Princess, there are another 4 that come before the 5th book. Like Dragon Princess, these 3 come before Book 4. I just haven't written the smaller ones in order.- Into the Light- A Love eternal- My Omega, My Mate The smaller book that comes between Books 4 and 5 is called Redemption, and it follows Michaela's journey. >>>>When I finished writing Book 4, I started rewriting Book 1 to make it better. It will be made available on May 1st on A****n. Although there is a remarkable difference in the number of words (37,000), there were no plot changes. I am currently rewriting Book 2, and there are minute changes to the plot. Things I wished I put in there after I had already started publishing. Once I've finished re

  • Hidden Legacy (The Lost Luna)   Chapter 65 Farewell

Lucienne’s Point of ViewThe morning air was crisp and filled with the gentle hum of conversation as the dining hall came alive. It was the day of farewells, and though my heart felt heavy at the thought of parting from my family and friends, the love and laughter filling the room helped to keep the sadness at bay.The large oak table was laden with food—platters of eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, pastries, and jugs of juice and coffee. My mates, Marc and Cole, sat on either side of me, their presence grounding me.I glanced around the room, engraving every detail into my memory, knowing these moments would sustain me in the months ahead. My parents sat at the head of the table with their usual regal poise, though the warmth in their gazes betrayed their pride and love. My mother’s hand rested gently on my father’s, a gesture of the eternal love they shared. My siblings surrounded them, each one a piece of my heart I would carry with me. My twin and other half, Cedric, ever the leader, wore

  • Hidden Legacy (The Lost Luna)   Chapter 64 Sealing Their Bond

Point of ViewI released him, only to pick up where I left off. Soon enough, they were both naked, their bodies crafted to perfection by the Moon Goddess. I watched with pure satisfaction as Cole stroked himself. Marc bent me forward before kneeling down to worship my dripping pussy. My face was now level with the object of my desire—Cole's engorged shaft.Pre-cum formed on the tip, enticing me. My tongue flicked the tip, tasting him. The rich, smooth taste of chocolate contrasted with the sweet taste of orange. My favourite. Cole groaned, tangling his fingers in my hair as I took him into my mouth. My hips bucked instinctively when Marc buried his face between my thighs, his expert tongue finding that sweet spot I'd missed so much. He lapped at me with increasing fervour, bringing me to the brink and then backing off, prolonging the delicious agony. As he slid two lubed fingers inside my back hole, curling them upwards towards my G-spot, a sound slipped out of me before I could sto

  • Hidden Legacy (The Lost Luna)   Chapter 63 Luna

Lucienne’s Point of ViewThe air buzzed with anticipation as the pack gathered beneath the silver glow of the half-moon. The courtyard of the pack house had been transformed into a vision of ethereal beauty—magical Fae lights draped from the trees thanks to Aunty Avril and Aunty Alise, their glow soft and warm against the deepening twilight. The scent of fresh roses and lilacs filled the air, mingling with the crisp, earthy scent of the forest.Tonight, I would become the heart of the Howling Moon Pack, their Luna. My heart raced as I glanced around, taking in the familiar faces of my friends and family, along with some of the pack members I had met. Most were warriors, but since I encouraged everyone to train, I was coming to know all of them.My parents stood near the front of the gathered crowd, regal and proud. My father would preside over the ceremony, a rare and significant honour. Beside him, my mother, looking every bit the Queen she was, offered me a soft, reassuring smile.O

  • Hidden Legacy (The Lost Luna)   Chapter 62 Getting On With Life

Lucienne’s Point of ViewThe faint scent of jasmine and lavender lingered in the room as I finished my morning counselling session with Dr. Simeon. The discussions were helping more than I had expected. Though the wounds were far from healed, they didn’t feel as raw as before. Dr. Simeon’s steady presence and gentle insights were like a balm to my battered soul. After our session, I made my way to the pack house’s office, where Marc and Cole were waiting. Their bond with me had only grown stronger in the past few days. They were incredibly supportive, often attending sessions with Dr. Simeon to better understand how to help me. Their patience and steady reassurance made me feel like I wasn’t facing this alone.Although we hadn’t had sex since coming back, I slept next to them every night. I felt I was ready to take our relationship to the next phase towards normality. One of those was leading the pack.“I think Annabelle would make an excellent temporary Gamma,” I said, taking a seat

  • Hidden Legacy (The Lost Luna)   Chapter 61 Starting Point

Lucienne's Point of ViewThe morning sunlight filtered softly through the curtains as I made my way to the pack house dining room. My conversation with Marc and Cole last night had settled some of my nerves, but the weight of everything I’d endured still pressed heavily on my chest. I tried to push it aside, to focus on the warmth of their steady presence beside me, but my thoughts kept circling back to the same point: I couldn’t keep bottling everything up.I needed to talk to my mother. As a child, there were times when only a mother’s hug and gentle words would fix everything. I found her sitting on a reading bench in the main room.“Lucienne,” she said, her voice warm yet carrying the natural authority she wielded effortlessly. She gestured for me to sit across from her. “I was just about to have some coffee. Would you care to join me?”I settled into the seat beside her, the rich scent of freshly brewed coffee wafting from her cup. “Coffee sounds good,” I replied, though my voice

  • Hidden Legacy (The Lost Luna)   Chapter 60 Reassurance

Marc’s Point of ViewThe room was quiet, the soft glow of the bedside lamp casting a warm light over the space, but the silence wasn’t peaceful. It was heavy, like the calm before a storm. Cole sat on the edge of the bed, his head bowed slightly as he rubbed the back of his neck, his tension palpable even in the subdued light. I stood near the dresser, absently folding the shirt I had discarded earlier, my eyes fixed on Lucienne. She stood near the window, her arms wrapped tightly around herself as she stared into the night. My fingers moved methodically, smoothing out the fabric of the shirt, creasing it along lines I didn’t care about but couldn’t stop obsessing over. Fold the sleeve inward. Match the edges perfectly. Smooth again. The shirt had already been folded three times, but it gave my hands something to do, a way to release the restlessness building in my chest.Cassius was pacing in my mind, his agitation bleeding into my every thought. “Comfort her. Go to her. Hold her.” H

  • Hidden Legacy (The Lost Luna)   Chapter 59 Home Again

Cole’s Point of ViewDawn broke over the city as the last of the Supernatural Council guards departed with the prisoners. Thank the Goddess that the docks were a rundown abandoned area with few to no humans. The warriors we brought with us cleared the area before the Council arrived. The rogues and traitors, shackled and subdued, were loaded onto the council’s enchanted wagons, their fates sealed. I stood beside Marc, our shared relief palpable as the weight of the past days began to ease. Lucienne stood a few steps ahead, her posture straight and proud, but I could feel the tension radiating from her.Marc and I exchanged a glance. She hadn’t spoken much since we found her. It wasn’t like Lucienne to hold back—she was bold and fearless, her emotions always worn like a badge of honour. But now, her silence was deafening, the weight of everything she had endured pressing down on her.She stayed close to us, her touch grounding. Whether holding our hands, leaning into us, or simply brus

  • Hidden Legacy (The Lost Luna)   Chapter 58 Consequences

Lucienne's Point of ViewTaking our prisoners upstairs, Elizabeth’s face twisted into a mask of desperation. “Reject her!” she demanded, her voice shrill. “Choose Beatrice instead. She’s been trained for this position her entire life. You grew up with her—you know her! She’s everything a Luna should be. Not some—some Gamma!”Her words grew more frantic as she continued. “Beatrice loves you! She’s ladylike and graceful; everything Lucienne isn’t!”Elizabeth was giving me whiplash. First, she mistook Marc and Cole’s Lycans for my parents, recognising that I am a princess. Then she called me a mere Gamma as if what she said previously was non-existent.Marc and Cole both laughed the sound deep and mocking.“You’re delusional,” Cole said bluntly.“As is Beatrice,” Marc added, his tone filled with disdain. “To think we’d ever give up our fated mate for something far less.”“As if we’d give up our fated mate for anyone else,” continued Cole. “Unbelievable!”Elizabeth’s mouth opened and clos
