I am exhausted.  I have never been this tired before. Dimitri and I got a vast majority of the leaders of the supernatural beings together and explained what was going on.  So far, we had obtained the DNA and blood from all of the known animals in existence, DNA and blood from all of the original vampires, the Fae king himself had given us his DNA and blood, the mermaids had contributed as well, and of course, Dimitri and I had added our DNA and blood into the mix.  I sat back and looked at all the other DNA and blood I had gotten over the last week I travelled.  This made me realize how many supernatural beings we actually knew. 

“Are things going well?”  Zeus asks.

“Dimitri is out traveling to the beings he knows.  We know so many and some only know him or me.  I just got back last night and he left this morning.” I explain.

“I am impressed with everything you two are doing.”  He admits.

I know when Aphrodite first granted the two of us our wolves, and we vowed always to be loyal to her, the others were not impressed, and I think they thought we would turn our backs on her in a heartbeat.  I knew that would never happen.  The two of us took that vow to her seriously, and we are eternally grateful to her for granting us this gift.  

“Nothing has happened so far and we are keeping an eye on everyone.”  He says.

“Good, I know from the original plan that we should have another two weeks till they try something,”  I state.

“That gives us time to prepare for it then.”  He says.

We talk for a few more minutes, and then he says that he needs to get back.  I tell him that I will talk to him later, and he leaves.  I head to my bedroom, and as soon as my head hits the pillow, I am out.  

When I wake up the next morning, I immediately head out to the kitchen for something to drink.  I am standing and looking out the window when I hear footsteps.  I whip around to see who is sneaking around my house. 

“Fucking hell Prycylla, you scared the shit out of me,”  I tell her.

“Sorry, that was not my intention.”  She replies.

I stand there and look at her.  It has to be important for her to come out of hiding with Trevor.  Trevor and his mate rarely come out of hiding, and Prycylla rarely comes out. 

“To what do I owe this visit?”  I ask.

“Rumor has it you are collecting DNA and blood from all supernaturals.” Trevor states.

“That is not a rumor,”  I reply.

“Why?” Prycylla asked.

I explain what Dimitri and I have heard and what the others are planning.  Prycylla and Trevor are shocked that someone will go through with this plan.  I tell them the plan's end goal, and Prycylla snorts.

“Do they have any idea how dangerous that is?”  She asks.

“Shade warned them,”  I tell them.

“I can’t believe Shade would go along with this idea,”  Trevor says.

“I have a feeling that they are paying her very well and we all know that if you throw enough money in her face she will do anything,”  I add.

Trevor snorts at my comment.  He knows it’s true.  Shade will do anything for the right price.  I have a feeling that she has something up her sleeve.  I can’t see her letting them get away with making someone of this power.  I feel she will add something of her own to the mix if she goes through with the plan.  What surprises me is that before Prycylla and Trevor leave, they leave some of their own DNA and blood to add to the mix.  Well, Prycylla leaves one of her feathers.  This will definitely add something great to the mix.  Prycylla is a phoenix.  However, she is not a normal phoenix.  She is what is known as a phantom phoenix.  While she looks like a normal phoenix with her multiple red-coloured hairs and reddish-golden eyes, it is all a mask.  She actually has snow-white hair and almost white eyes.  They have just a hint of blue to make it noticeable.  She is one of three known phantom phoenixes.  Trevor is a unicorn; he and his mate are the only two original unicorns left. All the others have been killed or captured.  I wonder who else might show up at my house and throw their DNA and blood into the mix.
