Aphrodite

It has been very quiet as of late. The black market seems to be picking up the pace. Several more special or powerful supernaturals have disappeared within the last six months. I was not surprised when Zeus told me how Blain and Alan had come to him and asked him to help protect Alan’s sister and her mate. I knew his sister was special, but I had no idea about her mate. I know of his grandparents, but as far as I knew, they never had children. They obviously did since Alan’s sister’s mate is alive. From what we were told, his father was killed when he was ten years old, and his mother was never the same again. I guess one of Blain’s cousins found him wandering in some city and took him in. Blain told us that they tried to return him to his mother, but they were unable to find her. Blain’s cousin kept him and raised him, and that is how he met Alan’s sister.

“You do realize that is one of the dark families that my kids removed from this realm.” I point out.

Poseidon A smile spreads across my face as I watch the scene in front of me. Nyalia is lying in bed with a smile on her face as Mykayla holds her new baby sister. Bree had been born an hour ago and was perfect. She had Nyalia’s jet-black hair but had somehow gotten my ocean-blue eyes. I really thought that she would have inherited the dark forest green eyes like Mykayla. Like her cousins, the fae genes were strong within Bree, who had been born with wings. They were iridescent black and absolutely beautiful. Nyalia had already hidden them from Mykayla, and I knew she would teach Bree how to keep them hidden. We still had not told Mykayla the truth about us and the supernatural world. We had just recently found out that she knew a bit about it when she asked if we knew about werewolves. It shocked us both when we asked. She apparently made a friend at school. Her friend turned out to be the son of the alpha. We had three packs here in Nevada, and for the most part, they g

  • Hidden By The Gods (Book #2 of Silver Moon Series)   Alpha Reece

Alpha Reece There is something strange going on around the area and within the pack. I noticed it first with Kaleb. He always sniffed when we were outside and looked at a certain area near their playground. That started with he was about two years old. Then when they turned four, Dustin started acting weird. He would always ask to see the large beach. Lani and I had no idea what he was talking about. Finally, after six months of asking, we realized he was talking about Nevada. There was a story on the news about a few children that had gone missing when he pointed to the tv and said something about the large beach. I guess it would make sense, considering that the state is mostly dirt and sand. What worried me more was the fact that all the children were wolves. There had been a few months when the boys were about a year old when several children from the packs in the pacific northwest also went missing. None of them was ever found, but none of the families felt their fami

  • Hidden By The Gods (Book #2 of Silver Moon Series)   Chris

Chris After I had explained to mom why I was acting strangely, she backed off. I could tell she was shocked that I had been having premonitions or visions. It freaked me out when I had the first one, but I knew something was up when I had the next two. I have no idea why or how I had them. The only two people that could get into my head were my sisters, and I knew there was no way either one of them was responsible for any of the premonitions or visions. I knew mom would try and track down who was able to get into my head, but she never could figure out who was remotely powerful enough to be able to do this. I had the three, and that was it. I haven’t had any more since. Mom and Aunt Athena told me that I shouldn’t tell Mykenzie and Kylani, but I knew if they found out somehow, they would be both pissed and hurt that I kept something like this from them. Especially Kylani, since it has something to do with her soul bond. I know that she has been depressed that she hasn’t met

  • Hidden By The Gods (Book #2 of Silver Moon Series)   Kaleb

Kaleb As soon as I turned 18, I felt it. My heartbeat changed, and I knew it had to do with my mate. I had been catching her scent for as long as I could remember. Neither mom nor dad could explain why I was able to find her scent at such a young age. I never told anyone that I had been able to talk with my wolf since I was five. I don’t know why but I have. The other guys admitted to me that they had also been able to talk with their wolves since they were five as well. I still have not come up with a viable reason for this, and neither have the others. I think even Natayla was able to speak to her wolf when she turned five, but she has never told us that she had. It was just a guess. I could see her zone out, and sometimes she would be talking to herself, but her voice wouldn’t be the one that I was used to hearing. I have no idea why she won't admit that she has been talking to her wolf since she was young. “Are you any closer to finding her?” Dustin asks. “No, I did

  • Hidden By The Gods (Book #2 of Silver Moon Series)   Chris

Chris I am not sure how I am going to take four more years of this shit. Maybe mom was right, and I should never have said anything about my weird visions. I haven’t had any since those three, and I am not sure if that is a good thing or not. My sister damn near got caught on the pack's land two years ago while they were chasing the bears. A large group of rogues chased them onto the land. None of them survived, but it set off the pack's border alarms. The first mistake those rogues made was cornering my sisters. Luckily, my sisters were gone by the time the pack got there. Of course, the fact that all the rogues were torn to shreds confused them. Not to mention that a few of the rogues got a tad too close, and a few of them were bitten. I am sure seeing a few of the guys now sporting a blue or green hue to their skin was also confusing. I did peek in on them a few days later, and I could tell that the guys knew that Natayla knew more than she was letting on, but they never

  • Hidden By The Gods (Book #2 of Silver Moon Series)   Dimitri

Dimitri I had no idea what to say or think when Chris told me about Fernando, Nigel, and Zavian telling him that they saw Penthesilea and Phlegyas. I would not have given it any thought and told him that Fernando was crazy had he not told me that the other two had seen them as well. Rye then informed that all three of the guys had seen them on their own and at different times. The only thing holding me back from fully believing them was that no one had snapped a picture to prove that it was them. I was actually surprised to know that Chris still talked to Zavian. I knew for a fact that Mykenzie and Kylani hated the guy with a passion. I knew why and I was not overly happy with him either. “Listen I know you don’t like Zavian either but what Mykenzie and Kylani told everyone was only half the story.” Rye states. “Ok then tell me the other half because I don’t like the fact that he rejected his mate and the fact that it was Jailynn makes it even worse.” I point out. “Zavian

  • Hidden By The Gods (Book #2 of Silver Moon Series)   Poseidon

Poseidon This is not exactly what I expected to happen. I knew the bears had been watching the pack for the last few years. They were not able to step onto the pack's land, but they were seen around the borders and in town. Nyalia was getting anxious, and we decided to move again. We moved to the other side of the pack, and up until a few weeks ago, everything had grown eerily quiet. Mykayla turned 17 six months ago and was doing well in high school. I have no idea how Dimitri did it, but he found out that the company that Alpha Reece was running offered jobs to newly graduates; the only stipulation was that the new graduate had to work for their company for a year. This worked out well since the high school that she went to offered college-level courses to juniors and seniors. This meant that she would have her associate's degree by the time she graduated. This excited her, and I know she was working hard. I had helped her look up different colleges, and she had settled on o

It always ended with a wall of water topped with white-hot fire. None of it made sense, and I had no idea what to make of it. The boys seemed familiar, and I swear I had seen them before. Chris It’s been a week since the last of the boys turned 24. The guys and I have been racking our brains, trying to figure out a way for us to introduce ourselves to the pack. So far, we have come up with jack-shit. There have been many ideas, but none of them is that great. Donte and Tarlek recently had Dustin approach them about working with their company. Donte thought that might be a way in, but it didn’t work out as we had planned. Tyrell comes walking in with a very sour look on his face. I know that something is seriously wrong. “We need to come up with something fast.” Tyrell states. “Why?” I asked. “I overheard Kylani and Mykenzie talking. While Mykenzie was trying to convince her otherwise, Kylani is positive that Kaleb has given up on her by now, and she doesn’t care if they meet.” Tarlek answers. I hang my head as the others let out both groans and sighs. I knew she had been feeling like this, but I had no idea that it had escalated to this extent. We stil

Poseidon A smile spreads across my face as I watch my girls move into their new apartment. Even though they thought I had died that day in the fire that had taken their mother's life, I had never stopped watching them. Sometimes I would watch them from Olympus, and sometimes I would watch them in person. They never knew I was there since I kept myself hidden, but I was there. I was so proud of Mykayla for graduating at the top of her class and landing this job. Dimitri had kept his word. He and Imyra watched the girls after Nyalia passed away, and I left to ensure they would continue to be safe. I have no idea how he did it, but Dimitri was able to get Mykayla a job in Dustin’s company. I was watching them as they sat at a cafe when someone sat down across from me. “Thank you,” I told Dimitri. “You never have to thank me for taking care of them. I have been present to watch all three of these girls grow up, and I would have done it without you asking. Don’t worry about Ara

Aphrodite Hera, Imyra, Athena, Persephone, and I are watching the party. It has started. The first of the boys is turning 24 today. Within the next three months, they will all have birthdays. I am relieved that this is finally coming to an end. More so that Kylani and Kaleb can finally meet. Today is Ashton’s birthday, and the party is going strong. I smile when I see Dustin look at us. I have never figured out why they are able to see us, but that is irrelevant now. Soon they will be part of our family and get to know all of us. I know we are anxious to see what happens. We all know that there is something special about this pack. We just can't figure out what it is. I know it has more to do with Dominick and Dimitri. Something else has played a major role, but I can't figure out what it is and who it came from. “Thank god, I am not sure if I could keep Kylani from him much longer.” Chris whines. “Well don’t worry honey. Kaleb is the next one to have a birthday so e

  • Hidden By The Gods (Book #2 of Silver Moon Series)   Penthesilea

Penthesilea Goddammit, I have no idea what we are going to do. Phlegyas and I finally tracked down Tessa to help us after we killed Shade and took all her shit. We knew Tessa could read elvish languages. However, by the time we found her, someone had already fucked with her mind. The poor girl didn’t even know who she was and could barely speak at all. From what we learned from the people taking care of her, she had been found unconscious in her home. There were no visible wounds but whoever had gotten to her did a number on her mind. They wiped it out and left her. She acts at about the same mental capability as a two to three-year-old human child. She didn’t even know she was once a medium-power witch. No one knows who took her powers or memory, but it was obviously someone very powerful. I only know of three people with power like that. “The triplets wouldn’t care that much about a witch like her. I know they knew who she was, but I think they only met her once.” I st

  • Hidden By The Gods (Book #2 of Silver Moon Series)   Zeus

Zeus It has been six months since Nyalia died in the fire. Hell, none of us even knew where she and her human mate were living. I was even more shocked to learn that she and her mate had two daughters. We found out that the oldest had just turned 18 a week ago. I did try and find them, but it was like they had vanished. After the oldest was taken to her grandmother by a family friend, it was like they never existed. I know that Ares tracked down the last known address of the grandmother, but all he found was a dilapidated shack that no human could survive living in. I could not find anything about the girls, like their names or even their birth certificate. Since the house burnt to the ground, any pictures went with it, so we didn’t even have pictures of them. I have a sneaking suspicion that Nyalia's mate wasn't human but maybe one of my brothers. I have no idea why any of them would hide the fact that they found their mate from the rest of us. I know that none of them wou

  • Hidden By The Gods (Book #2 of Silver Moon Series)   Kylani

Kylani I swear if I could kill that asshole, I would. Leah’s dad is such a dick. I understand that he wasn’t the biggest fan of the dwarves, considering there are several thousand years of bad blood between the two races, and I also understand that he didn't want to fight a gigantic dragon. He still could have been a decent person and helped them when that same fucking dragon invaded their kingdom and deep-fried most of their people. Mykenzie and I are still pissed about that, even if it did happen over 500 years ago. I guess he was still pissing people off since we had to spend the last two years helping him and the rest of that realm. I have no idea what the hell has been going on there, but they seriously had a cluster fuck when Mykenzie and I showed up. I hated being away, but it turned out to be a good thing. I kept my mind off the pack and my soul bond. It was getting harder to stay away, and I knew that both Mykenzie and Chris were trying their hardest. The fact that w

Aphrodite I am used to my brothers acting weird, but this has gone on longer than normal. Poseidon was depressed for a few months about six months ago. I am positive that it had everything to do with Nyalia dying in a house fire. Her human mate was also killed in the fire, but the weird thing was that they never found his body. I always had my suspicions about those two but never brought them up. I was hoping that he would eventually tell us that they were together, but that has not happened, and I don’t expect it to now. I smile as I watch Nate blow out the candles on his cake. He turned 22 today. Two more still have birthdays coming up in the near future. I know from here on out, Chris is going to have his hands full, keeping his sisters away. They finally got all the shit cleared up in that other realm. It took them two years to clean up that mess. From what I was told, Chris had to stop his sisters from killing Leah's father. I am not surprised, considering I knew it w
