Marking The New Luna

Alpha Robin was busy discussing with Beta William in his office room. They discussed some documents in the Alpha's hand.

"What the hell, this is a mess! Our business income has dropped drastically!'' shouted Alpha Robin as he pounded on his desk and then scratched his forehead.

Beta William was a little surprised, but he tried to calm the Alpha down by suggesting a solution.

"I think we should find a new investor or partner, Alpha Robin," said Beta William.

"How are they going to believe that, Beta William? Any investor will look at the graph of a pack's revenue increase while our revenue graph decreases. It's in a critical period. How can they be sure?' asked Alpha Robin, still looking worried and slightly annoyed, cursing his current situation.

Then the Beta sighed, remembering Alpha Robin's meeting with Alpha Edward that night at the Silverhide Alliance party.

"Is your friend Alpha Edward willing to work with us? The other day, I heard a rumour about the Blue Sky Pack that their pack is on the verge of becoming an agricultural pack house. Why don't we give it a try? We have plenty of land around the pack house." Beta William explained at length.

Alpha Robin nodded and gave the Beta a thumbs up.

"You're right, brilliant idea. I hadn't even thought of that," Alpha Robin said, and Beta William smiled.

Alpha Robin then picked up his cell phone and tried to contact Alpha Edward.

Fortunately, Alpha Edward responded to Alpha Robin's invitation to visit the Moonlight Pack. He invited Alpha Edward to attend Susan's ceremony as the new Luna.

Alpha Edward: [I'll prepare the business cooperation proposal tonight.]

Alpha Robin: [Okay, see you tonight.]

Alpha Robin ended the call and returned to his desk to prepare some proposal documents to discuss tonight at his meeting with Alpha Edward. Then he left his office and walked home to his house not too far from the pack house.

"I'm home!" exclaimed Alpha Robin as he opened the door, and Susan greeted him.

She wore a sexy pink dress and approached Alpha Robin with her favourite coffee.

"Thank you. You always make me feel cared for," Alpha Robin said with a smile, and he sipped the coffee Susan brought him.

Susan then replied in her indulgent tone, "Of course, you won't find a woman like me, not even your ex Luna, right?"

Alpha Robin nodded and admitted that one of the reasons why he felt bored with Clara, besides the fact that the woman wasn't able to give him an heir, was that Clara was always busy with her work at the pack academy during the last months.

Clara sometimes forgot and neglected her duty to attend to Alpha Robin's every need and elementary form of attention like Susan's sweet welcome after work.

"You said there would be a party tonight to celebrate my new status as a new Luna," Susan said, still fidgeting.

"Of course, it's a special night," said Alpha Robin, holding the tip of Susan's chin with a teasing look.

Susan understood what the Alpha was up to, so she pulled the tie on Alpha Robin's shirt, and he followed her to her room.

They both felt the urge to go in heat and just then, Alpha Robin marking his Luna, Susan.

"Ah... it hurts a little, but I'm happy," Susan cried as she winced because the Alpha's bite on her neck was enough to give her a knife-edge sensation.

Alpha Robin said, "It will hurt for one day, but you should be okay. Just take some antibiotics."

Susan smiled and replied to the Alpha, "It's okay. It's for my future, too. After all, I'm officially your Luna."

The two returned to wrestling in a heated battle on her bed. Alpha Robin seemed to feel his strength replenished after having a new Luna.

A few moments later, after the two of them had finished their romanticized battle of lust, Alpha Robin and Susan immediately rushed off to help the Council and other Pack members prepare for Susan's appointment party as Luna.

No time passed, and it was night.

Alpha Edward had just arrived, leaving his car with two guards at his left and right.

Alpha Robin greeted his friend's arrival warmly.

In front of the pack house, Alpha Edward was silent for a while, "Fascinating, this place has quite a bit of land! Perfect for our business," he said.

Alpha Robin replied, "You can do it. Let's go inside! The party will start soon."

Alpha Edward nodded and sat down in the guest chair.

Alpha Robin then looked up at the night sky and smiled as he saw the full moon above the pack house building. He thought it was a sign that the Moon Goddesses had favoured Susan as his chosen mate.

"Thank you to all my honoured guests who have come tonight. It's a celebration party for my new Luna. Luna Susan, give her a warm welcome with applause," Alpha Robin said.

Hearing this, Susan naturally felt very confident and praised. She went over to Alpha Robin and kissed him on the cheek. Then, everyone in the room cheered happily.

The ceremony went off without a hitch, and Alpha Edward could enjoy the party from quite a distance. He was on the second-floor balcony of the pack house, smoking a cigarette.

He wanted to relax for a while before the party was over, and he and Alpha Robin would discuss business cooperation.

"I think I need to go to the bathroom," Alpha Edward muttered, then went downstairs.

However, as Alpha Edward passed the guest room in the same direction as the bathroom, he accidentally saw a photo of Alpha Robin and Clara on the guest room table. Alpha Edward felt like a stranger looking at the portrait of the woman in the picture.

'Who is this woman? I think to have seen and met her," Alpha Edward said to himself.

The party was over. Alpha Edward and Alpha Robin began to discuss a business partnership. They would use the land around the Moonlight Pack to grow fruits and vegetables.

Then Alpha Edward asked Alpha Robin, "I just saw a picture of you with another woman. Who is she, may I know?"

"Photo? I don't think I keep pictures of other women in any room," Alpha Robin replied.

"Be honest, you should have told me you have two Luna's," Edward said with a seductive wink.

Alpha Robin chuckled, "It's a long story, anyway. I should have thrown that frame away. You don't have to know."

"Damn, I should have thrown the picture away, why did the Omega forget to throw it away? What if Susan finds out?" Alpha Robin muttered to herself.

Little did they know that Susan was spying and listening to Alpha Robin's conversation with Alpha Edward.

Alpha Robin turned around and was surprised to see Susan standing behind him with an angry expression.

"Honey, what are you doing here? Are you not talking again with the other Lunas?" Alpha Robin asked Luna Susan.

"You think you can fool me? What do you mean you still have Clara's photos? Oh yeah, and this afternoon I found her red scarf on the back of our bedroom door, so you're saying I'm the best, and you've moved on? Still keeping things with your ex!" Susan shouted, causing the people at the party to look at her with Alpha Robin.

"Sorry, honey. Don't get me wrong. It's probably Clara or Omega who forgot to clean up!" Alpha Robin pleaded, but Susan still looked angry.

She even pulled at one of the guests' tablecloths, causing food and drink to spill, splatter, and scatter.

What should have been a happy party turned into a chaotic one as Alpha Robin tried to calm Susan, who was crying and screaming.

"What about our business meeting?" Alpha Edward asked Alpha Robin.

"I'm sorry, bro. Can we reschedule for tomorrow?'' pleaded Alpha Robin.

Fortunately, Alpha Edward was a calm and wise man. He nodded in agreement and advised Alpha Robin to settle the matter with Susan first.
