Bri

The whole first week went just like the first day. My four bodyguards, ready and waiting to walk me to each class, eat lunch with me, and then walk me back to my car. And by the end of that week, we definitely had the attention of all the other wolves that attended the same college. It was only a matter of time before one of the groups approached us to ask questions. Though I was sure, it would be one of the packs before the rogues. But to my surprise, I was wrong. With the two packs sitting close by at tables so they could hear anything being said at our table, they watched as the small group of rogues approached the table. Sara and I had just sat down with our food. Page wasn't far behind us. The three rogues stopped just on the other side of the table, looking between Sara and me. A small growl rolled through Sara in warning to them. Smacking her, I rolled my eyes at her.

"Hello."

The three glanced at Sara and then set their eyes on me.

"How is it that a rogue has found hers

BriI figured once the three befriended us, the pack members would either attempt to do the same or move on. But after another week, they still kept their distance. I even tried talking with them but was met with glares from them. So I let them be. Whatever their issues were, it was on them. That doesn't mean it didn't bother me a little that the two groups spent their time watching me. At first, it was only while I was on school grounds. But then, by the end of the first semester, I was sure I was being followed outside of school. I couldn't prove it and was sure I was just being paranoid. Dominic even tried catching whomever it was but never found anyone that could be for sure following me. He couldn't find any signs of another wolf in the area that we didn't already know. And by Christmas, I was sure it was just my wolf and I being paranoid for no reason. I did my best to ignore the feeling of always being watched and go about my day. By the time classes started again, I was so u

DominicLife was going well. Better than I thought it would be at this point. After high school, I figured I would be on my own. I mean, I knew I would still have my parents, but I would still be on my own. But that isn't how things played out. After finding Bri and everything that went down with Alpha Cain, it was nice to be living what seemed like a normal life. Well, all except she felt like someone was watching her. I did my best to try and help her figure it out, but from what I could tell, there was no one. Everyone that was new to the area we knew. Even the few new rogues that moved in. My family already knew them. None of them had any reason to follow Bri. Heck, not even the pack wolves that went to her school had a reason to follow her. She was considered a rogue, sure. But they were outside of their pack lands. So far away, they had to follow the closest pack's laws, which Alpha Blake enforced. Leaving them with no issue with her, especially when he made it clear the pack pr

BriArriving at the student's common room, Alex and I have made our hang-out spot between classes. I didn't think too much about the fact the place was empty. On a typical day, there were a good dozen or so students milling about. I didn't even think twice that Alex wasn't there yet. I normally got there first, so that wasn't anything out of the ordinary. I didn't even think twice when I picked up on some of the wolves that belonged to a different pack than my brother. After all, this was a student commons room, and they were students. Overlooking all this would turn out to be a mistake. One I learned real fast as the pack wolves surrounded me. One of them behind me covered my mouth and nose with a cloth that smelled awful. On instinct, I tried to fight whoever it was off, but the others quickly jumped in, helping to hold me down. Whatever was on the cloth was quickly making it hard to stay conscious. My wolf even tried to take control and fight back, but both of us struggled with not

DominicI followed Bri's scent for hours. The longer I followed it, the angrier my wolf and I grew. After leaving the student commons room, it was like she went in circles around the buildings. It didn't make any sense. The path wasn't anything that a normal person would have made. Even if she decided to go for a run around campus. It didn't make sense. Along with that, her things had been left in her car. She wouldn't have gone anywhere without her sketchpad and at least one pencil. Well, maybe a run, but then again, unless she were in wolf form, she wouldn't have gone for a run. Why would she, here anyway? There was no reason for her to go for a run in wolf form. Not on her own, anyway. Turning around, I made my way back to her car. Maybe I missed something. I had to have it, right? I had to have there was no way I wasn't missing anything. If she had shifted and gone for a run, there was a reason for it. What was that reason? And if she wasn't in wolf form and had gone around and a

BriAfter my conversation with Alex and Alpha whoever, I was left in my cell on my own. Well, not entirely on my own. I could still hear and smell two pack wolves down the hall but couldn’t see them. Sighing, I looked around me. The cell had only three brick walls, with the fourth made of bars. The floor and ceiling were concrete. There was no bed or even a cot in the room with me. There was a concrete bench on one wall. In one corner, there was a toilet. I suppose I should feel lucky it wasn’t a bucket, but they could have been nice enough to provide some kind of privacy option for it. Though I am sure, that is more for my inconvenience than anything. Make my living conditions as uncomfortable as possible, and I will do what I am told to do sooner rather than later. Slowly I walked around the cell, looking everything over. There were no cracks in the walls. No signs of the bars having a weak spot. Overall the space was well maintained, and escaping was going to be tricky. Though I d

DominicMy wolf was mad at me. Heck, I was angry at myself. I should have done more. Bri said she felt like she was being followed. I never found evidence of it. There were no new scents. I should have paid attention to those around us. Those I thought we knew. If I had, maybe I would have noticed Alex's scent all over the place. I could only blame myself for not noticing it. My wolf blamed me as well and refused to acknowledge me until we found our mate and she was safe again. The fact the witches have tried spell after spell and none of them have worked in finding Bri didn't help. The coven has been locked in Luna Lucy's office for two days now. Blake kept his trackers out searching even though we already knew it was pointless. There was no way of tracking a car we didn't know anything about. To pass the time, I paced Blake's office floor, waiting for the witches to have good news. All I needed was a location. Once I had that, I could go get my mate. The office door opened as Luna

BriI could still hear Alpha Jerk face, angrily giving orders to whoever stayed at the end of the hall from my cell. I was still lying on the concrete slab bench of my cell. Yet, at the same time, it was like I was with Dominic in a room I didn't recognize. With a handful of women chanting something, I couldn't understand what they were saying. Landon and Angel stood behind me with a hand on my shoulders while Blake stood in front of me, holding my hand. No, they weren't touching me. They were touching Dominic. But that couldn't be right. I could feel them touching me. Only when I looked down, it was definitely Dominic's hand in Blake's. "What's going on?" I was so confused. How could I feel them touching me when I wasn't there? How could I feel as if I was with Dominic but couldn't see him unless I looked down? Had I fallen asleep? If so, what a strange dream. "Wolf, tell me what you know. Quickly I will not be able to hold you here with your mate for long." Lucy's voice came out

DominicBy the time Landon, Angel, and I got back to our feet, Lucy was conscious again. She was even already back on her feet. The six other witches in the room were also already moving. Two of them were changing out the candles that were in the room. Switching the white candles out for different colored ones, red, blue, brown, and green. Two of them were changing out some of the markings they had drawn on the floor. And the last two were mixing several different things from jars they had sitting on Lucy's desk that had been pushed off to the side. Lucy seemed to recover pretty quickly and moved away from Blake, ignoring his attempts to look her over to make sure she was ok. Gathering a couple of maps, she placed them in the middle of the room on the floor. "Angel, I will need you to stand there."Moving, she took Angel's hand and dragged her where she wanted her. Turning, Lucy moved over to her desk, taking two cups from the two that had been mixing things. The two followed Lucy ba

AlisonWith Owen and the babies secure, I made my way out of the house. The howels were close by. From the communication coming through the pack's link, the fight was moving in my direction. With a sigh, I made my way off the porch, letting my wolf take over. Moving in the direction of the closest fight was. It didn't take long to recognize who was crossing into our territory. I had spent weeks learning every marking on the wolves that patrolled near the cabin Adam held me at. They left us alone for over a year. And now they wanted to take their revenge. It was slightly maddening. They could have done this sooner. But I would not allow them to go farther into the territory. Joining the worriers that were already there, I helped fight them off. After everything that happened, I have spent even more time training with the rest of the pack. Learning to protect not only myself but everyone else around me. My wolf was strong. We knew this. Not just because she has done what she needed to

OwenI don’t know how he made it happen. But by the time we returned home, Damion had already had everything we would need delivered to the house. The only thing he had the guys set up was a bassinet that was placed in Alison and my room. Everything else was left in their boxes and left in one of the two empty rooms in the house. Allowing us to decide which room would be Hopes and allowing us to be the ones to set it up how we wished it to be. That, of course, didn’t stop him or Bryce from coming over in the coming days to help get everything put together and set up. But I was grateful for the courtesy of allowing us to make the decision on colors and whatnot. Though it wasn’t hard to decide that our baby Hope was going to be anything other than a princess. Being a father was definitely something I didn’t think would be in my cards after everything that happened in my past. And now I don’t know that my life would have been whole if I had never met Alison and she wasn’t the mother to

AlisonStanding there listening to Alpha Nikolai suggest that I wasn’t going to be allowed to leave, and they planned to use me for things I have fought not to happen to me in my life. I am not going to lie. It was hard to control my wolf. Handing my baby girl to her father was the only way I knew to not only protect her but him. If they were going to allow her to leave, then he was the one to leave with her. He would keep her safe. Once she was safe in her father’s arms, my wolf pushed forward, giving a warning growl. One that was cut off by Damion looking over at me with a warning in his eyes but also a warning not just to me but to Bryce through our link. “Not yet. Both of you need to calm down.” A quick glance at Bryce told me his wolf was not a fan of what was being said either. But at Damion’s command, we were both able to pull our wolves back and stay calm while he handled things. Which, if I haven’t said before, he was a damn good Alpha. He looked so calm and collected. OwenThey were both healthy. Both my girls were fine. I could breathe again, knowing they were both healthy. However, that didn’t stop the feeling as though something wasn’t right. Standing back up, I did my best to continue to stay calm and keep the role of only being one of the pack’s doctors. A voice in my head told me not to do more than that. If I showed any signs that I was more than just a doctor for the pack and that I was Alison’s partner, something bad was going to happen. It could have just been me being paranoid or reading too much into what Damion said before we left the plane. But the way the one guy that had been in the room with Alison when we walked in didn’t help make the feeling go away. Giving a slight nod to Damion to let him know we were good to go, I stayed close to Alison. Damion returned my nod with one of his own as he turned back to Alpha Nikolai. “Thank you for your help in finding Alison for us. And I do apologize for her trespassing on your land.” Alph

AlisonAfter collapsing with my baby girl in my arms, I was carried back to this packs, pack house. I was placed in a room and left with a woman who didn't know English. Or she didn't seem to, as the only response I could get from her was a smile and a nod of her head, and she continued helping me to get cleaned up. When she was done, and I was dressed in a hospital gown and lying in a bed, she left the room. I was left there with my little girl, who was also now dippered and wrapped in a blanket. A few minutes later, the woman returned with a guy who looked me over. Again, he didn't seem to know English. Leaving me to only guess the guy must be a doctor and the woman a nurse. The two looked me over in a similar way that Owen would have if I had been injured and at home. My attention going back to my baby. Tears sprang up in my eyes. I wished Owen was here. I wish I knew how he felt about being a father. I never got the chance to tell him. Though, I wonder if it matters at the moment

OwenThe rest of the flight was done in silence. The others left me to my thoughts. By the time the plane landed, I was nervous beyond belief. Alison had been pregnant when she was taken, and they said that the she-wolf that was found was in the middle of giving birth. This could very well be her, in which case I was not simply going to be a father. But I was a father. I was not only on my way to hopefully see the love of my life. But also meet my baby. My baby? Was it a boy or a girl? Was it healthy? Was Alison healthy? She had been taken while she was pregnant. Did they make sure she had everything she needed? Had they provided her with any care at all during her pregnancy? They said she was in the middle of giving birth when she was found. Was there any complications? All these things I needed to know. I needed to see her. To look her over and be sure myself not only Alison was well, but our baby was too. The moment I felt the plan stop, I unclipped my seat belt and stood. Damion'

AlisonThe cabin was a little bigger than the one we stayed at before. I still had to sleep in the same bed as Adam. And for the first month with the cuffs on. But the bathroom had walls instead of a curtain. And the kitchen had a stove so we could cook. Adam didn’t let me out of his sight for the first month or so. Only letting me outside when he was there to watch me. Chaining me inside anytime he left. Occasionally, he would return with someone to look at the mark on my neck. Every one of them left with him angry because they said there was nothing they could do about it. My guess was he was looking for someone to remove it, which was impossible. But that didn’t stop him from trying. By the second month, he was leaving me alone without chaining me up. I was also allowed to sleep at night without the cuffs on connecting me to him. Without the chain on me, I was able to move freely throughout the whole cabin, versus being confined to the bathroom area and the bed. I used my newfound

OwenWaking up, my head felt like someone had sucker punched me right in the temple. Only I know that's not what happened. I had been drugged while Alison was taken. Several pack wolves surrounded me, checking on me. All the while, I could hear Bryce there, already giving orders to follow her scent. Damion showed up just as I was being helped into a sitting position, taking over and giving orders to find Alsion. The van she was taken in was already being followed. The only problem was the members following it lost it after a while. Leaving the search to grow cold. At least until after dark when some of the guys picked up on the scent of the guys that took Alison. On Damion's orders, the guys were picked up and brought back to the pack. I will give it to the guys. They did well on holding out. It took Damion's guys nearly a week to get any information out of them. By then, it was too late. Adam was long gone with Alison. That didn't stop the search, though. We kept going. Damion calle

AlisonAdam’s scent surrounded me. I didn’t need to open my eyes to know who was behind my kidnapping. Laying there, I kept my eyes closed as I took stock of myself. I was alright. I wouldn’t be able to shift because he placed another one of those collars around my neck. All my wolf would be able to do was continue to protect our baby, which she was doing a really good job of. It was going to be up to me to get us out of this. A task I am sure will be easier said than done. But I was up for the challenge. The car we were in slowed to a stop. I chanced a quick peek as I watched Adam put the car in park and climb out. I didn’t have a lot of time to plan or even think my escape through. I had just enough time to shift in the seat as he walked around to the other side of the car and opened the back door. Taking the opportunity, I kicked him hard. Landing my blow at his midsection, taking him off guard and making him stumble backward. Grabbing the door, I pulled it closed, hitting the loc
