[ FACTS : HAVEN IS ONE OF THE TWELVE CITIES OF REFUGE OCCUPIED BY THE REMAINING SURVIVORS FROM THE FIRST DIVINE WAR STILL WILLING TO SIDE WITH THE CHURCH. IT IS LOCATED ON THE LANDMASS ONCE KNOWN AS THE UNITED KINGDOM AND IS HOME TO PEOPLES FROM DIVERSE CULTURES NUMBERING AT ROUGHLY A HUNDRED MILLION. IT IS RULED BY THE MILITARY THOUGH IT IS CLAIMED THAT THEY STILL PRACTICE DEMOCRACY IN THEIR AFFAIRS. IT IS KNOWN AS ONE OF THE BEST CITIES OF REFUGE AND HAD UNDERGONE A LOT OF SUSPICION IN THE PAST ON HOW THEY WERE ABLE TO STAY AFLOAT BEREFT OF MOST PROBLEMS FACING THE OTHER CITIES BECAUSE OF SUCH. LOCATION : WASTELANDS, ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ENGLISH CHANNEL ( FORMERLY FRANCE)TIME : 4:20PMDATE : 15TH FEBRUARY, 2077ADA dark castle is seen on the horizon, it’s presence reeks of fear and despair and it stretched a great distance. Foul creatures could be seen flying around the castle with more walking the grounds of this dark and cold place.A man can be seen staring at a mirror with flashing images appearing on it, he looked to be in his thirties with dark eyes and white skin, his hair was tired in a lock behind him and it shone a deep black, he wore a flowing cloak that went all the way to his ankles with brown sandals to match, he had three rings on each hand, each ring with a varying color and also a necklace across his neck with a profane symbol on it. FACE OF A MAN FORMED IN THE DARK CLOUD : You weak pathetic fools, your souls are mine ( it yells out in a menacing voice as lightening crackled)ALEXANDER : I don’t think so ( He retorts in an acid tone as he drew his sword from its sheath and pointed it at the face, his facial expression resonating with anger)FACE OF A MAN FORMED IN THE CLOUD : Oh my, if it isn’t the leader of the Holy knights, Alexander the great. Arthur runs through a cluster of shadows, wielding Excalibur in hand as it glowed with a golden hue. The creatures were repelled by the light and could not take a hold of his as any attempt ended with a shaped creature burned to a crisp. Arthur does not care for the small fries as he runs towards something much bigger; a shadow monster the size of a sky scraper was moving onto short and he knew that it would pose a serious threat to the knights if it got into the battlefield. The monster notices Arthur’s dash and sends more shadows his way but Arthur slices through it with one strike of his blade as he leaps into the air and sends an arc of energy straight at the creature, his attack does so much as to cause the creature pain as it screeched in a loud voice upon impact but it didn’t slow it’s movement as it soon recovered from the blow and reached out for Arthur who was still in mid airARTHUR : Shit!! MEANWHILE BACK ON THE BATTLEFIELDAlexander is seated atop his horse, stationed at the middle of the battle with the ground on which he stood raised a bit higher than the surrounding. Alex stares intently at the battle before him as he rummages through his thoughts, he doesn’t draw his sword neither does he make a move as he shifted his gaze towards the dark horizon. ALEXANDER : A human drawing powers from hell who calls himself the Shadow KingALL OF HAVEN’S REPRESENTATIVES : The shadow king?? ( Speaking out in unison )ALEXANDER : Yes. We came to this realization after we had defeated the undead army. We were triumphant in the first battle but then he introduced himself via a cluster of dark clouds which helped to show that he has mastered the dark powers quite well. After an exchange of words, he summoned an army of shadows to test our mettle in battle. It took me a while to realize it but our opponent is quite the strategic kind. No matter whom the opponent is, he would rather try to gauge his opponent first before he does anything else. Alexander and the thirteen warriors stood at the gates with several prying eyes setting sights on them as murmurs flew round, some where in awe of the presence of the knights, while others questioned the reason the knights had gathered in the capital on such short notice fearing for the worse as they spoke. Sounds of vehicles are heard coming from a distance after which a number of vehicles come to a halt close to where Alexander and his men were waiting. A couple of military men come out of the vehicles after which General Mulligan and a suited woman come out from the same vehicle. Alexander sets his eyes on the lady with Mulligan and is taken aback by her beauty; She wore a black suit jacket on top of a purple blouse with a black corporate skirt and black heels to match, her hair shone a dark brown color and was tired in a horse tail style. LOCATION : COMMAND CENTER, HAVEN CENTRALTIME : 8:00AMDATE : 17TH FEBRUARY, 2077AD.[ NOTE : THE COMMAND CENTER IS THE HEART OF HAVEN’S MILITARY. IT CONTROLS ALL INFORMATION CIRCULATING AROUND HAVEN AND IS THUS SEEN AS THE MOST IMPORTANT PLACE IN ALL OF HAVEN. IT IS STOCKED WITH THE LATEST TECHNOLOGY AVAILABLE TO HUMANITY AT THIS POINT. ENGINEERS, SCIENTISTS AND TECHNOLOGISTS MAN THE OPERATIONS IN THE CENTER AND ARE TREATED WITH THE UTMOST RESPECT. THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING IS BASICALLY AN OVAL SHAPPED GLASS HOUSE WITH PLASTIC WHITE COVERING WHICH IS REINFORCED TO SHADE FROM SUNLIGHT AND HOPEFULLY ANY FORM OF ATTACK. THE BUILDING SPANS A TOTAL OF FOURTEEN HECTARES AND IS BIG ENOUGH TO FIT IN TWENTY THOUSANE PEOPLE. ONLY IDENTIFIED WORKERS AND HIGH PROFILE INDIVIDUALS ARE ALLOWED INTO THE PREMISES OF THE BUILDING AS IT AS A REALLY TIGHT SECURITY SYSTEM THAT KEEPS THINGS IN ORDER.
