2024-10-29 19:42:56Zoe felt the need to use the restroom. She left the classroom when she felt like her stomach must be spoiled by the different variety of food she had eaten. Zoe knew that she ate a lot. She was in the school hallway when she bumped into a new face in school. She was a girl actually and Zoe noticed that she was dressed so cool and looked pretty. ”Hey,” she said glaring at Zoe sheepishly. ”Hi,” Zoe replied.Zoe felt like she was gonna boost anytime from now if she didn't get to the restroom. She was already twisting her legs in numerous dancing styles. She was so pressed right now. ”I'm Bella William, you don't look great! I see you are in a tight nook right now.” Bella said as she peeked at Zoe's legs. ”Yes, sure! I need to use the restroom quickly.” Zoe explained. ”Sure, I would gladly wait outside the restrooms cause I need some little help with direction.” Bella confessed with a slight smile. Zoe didn't bother objecting as she raced into the restroom. Some minutes later she was already out of the restrooms. She checked the time and it was already 8.00 AM. Zoe growled heavily because she must have spent fifteen minutes in the restroom.She let the tap rush before heaving a sigh of relief! She used the tissue to wipe her hand. She exited the restrooms forgetting that she had someone wait outside for her. ”Hey, I have been waiting outside?” The voice of Bella startled her. ”I'm so sorry I took so long, I mean my stomach was a bit messed up.” Zoe apologized. ”What exactly do you need my help with?” Zoe asked. ”Can you please direct me to the twelfth grade? I mean, I made it late to school.” she said with a slight smile.Zoe knew that Bella was a pretty she wolf, she knew that Bella was going to win the heart of many boys in her school. Girls as pretty as Bella don't find it hard to get a boyfriend. ”I'm also in twelfth grade! We could go to the class together, what do you think?” Zoe asked, waiting for her reply. ”Sure, why not?” Bella said. Bella trudged behind Zoe as she led the way to class, they finally arrived at the class.The teacher was already in class, it was Mr. Mark the English teacher? I mean the student mocked his color mixture dressing. Even Zoe knew the student we were right, Mr. Mark dressed most weirdly. Her attention was drawn by the wowing of the boys in the class, Zoe immediately took her seat to notice Alex behind her.Zoe was pleased Mr. Mark didn't notice when she joined the class. Bella stood in front of the class as whispering was heard Among her classmates. ”Damn, she looks pretty!” ”She looks hot" ”I should get to ask her out,” this we're commenting and whispering which could be heard in class. Zoe glared around, she had never gotten this kind of praise when she first came to school. She stared around the class to find Luke asleep at the other end of the classroom. Why was he sleeping this early in the morning? Zoe wondered what had kept him busy last night? She glared at Rico who administered a smile at her.Bella sat down opposite Zoe as she waved at her. Zoe nodded before smiling at her as the English class started. ”Hey?" Dora called in a whispering tone. Zoe leaned forward to hear what she had to tell. ”Zoe, I hope you get a boyfriend this summer?” Dora fooled. ”Stop fooling around Dora, the English teacher might get us trapped?” Zoe said not liking the joke Dora was playing. ”I'm so sorry,” Dora said but it was too late because the English teacher had already caught them. ”Miss Zander, could you tell us what a summary means? I'm listening.” Mr. Mark let out. ”I have no idea, sir.” Zoe said feeling humiliated as she bit on her bottom lips. ”Hey, you sleeping at the back.” Everybody turned to notice who he was referring to, it was no one other than Luke. He raised his head from his single desk, as the teacher asked him what summary meant. "A summary is a brief statement or account of the main point of something. just like giving a short, clear description that gives the main fact or ideas of something." Luke muttered.Did he just give the destination out?Zoe's mouth hangs open in shock, Luke wasn't only just the all fine and hot bad boy. She just found out that he is super smart. ”Could you tell us what an essay is?” Mr. Mark asked further”Sure,” Luke said. "An essay is a piece of writing that gives the author's argument," Luke muttered.”What about a letter?” Mr. Mark asked. It seemed like he wasn't convinced."A letter is a written message conveyed from one person to another through a medium. I mean it could be formal or informal." Luke muttered. ”You just saved the girl from detention,” Mr. Mark said, staring at Zoe. Everybody knew that Mr. Mark never admitted when a student was good. Nonetheless, the class gave Luke a round of applause and cheering.She turned to glance at Luke but she caught him already staring in her direction making her stomachs give some butterflies while she took her seat.Finally, the first period was over. ”Dora?” Zoe whispered, making her twirl to face her. ”Did you make Mr. Mark do that on purpose?” Zoe asked. ”Do what?” She inquired not feeling an inch of guilt or remorse. It was time for chemistry practical when Zoe noticed Alex leaving the class.”Dora, you are getting it from me when I get back.” Zoe said, running after Alex. She ran in front of Alex in the hallway before using her hands to block him from taking another step further.”Can I have a minute with you?” she asked. ”Can you leave my pretense?” He said arrogantly. ”Arrogant jerk,” she mumbled in her mind so he wouldn't hear her. She still stood in front of him without flinching. ”I mean, I'm sorry for what I said at your home about your mom not living with you?” Zoe finally blurted out. He stared at her with a bloodshot eye as his face began to get hairy into a silver wolf. Zoe felt a little frightened as she kept moving backward as he took one step forward.”Alex?” Lisa's voice came, causing Alex to turn around. Zoe almost screamed when a hand pulled her inside the tiny storeroom in school. She perked up to notice Luke, he used his hand to coat her mouth. He glared through the tiny space left in the door. Finally, he withdrew his hand allowing her to breathe some air. ”I think he left already?” Luke said, looking at Zoe.But something frightening shook the storeroom as Luke lost balance inaccurately Causing their lips to meet. Zoe's eyes instantly widened in total shock.
