The hidden door

I held the door handle and twist it as the door clicked open

I stepped in and every where was very dark, I found the switch on the wall and I turned on the lights

Everywhere was painted with Red and black and only chairs were in the room

I sighed, maybe nothing is here anyway

I turned to leave but I noticed something

The wall has a hidden door, I noticed it cause my father once told me about it

I walked towards it and pushed it backwards and the wall opened revealing another room

Damn! I was right

I smiled as I walked towards the room and I couldn't believe what I saw

Different collection of golds, Silvers and Diamond

I touched them one after the other as I smiled, this is really worth a billon of dollars each

Damn, Zachery is very rich after all , if only he's not cold hearthed

I sighed as I continued walking around admiring each of Diamonds I see

Well each side has it owns collection , The Gold has its own and same as Silver and Diamonds

I walked towards the last Edge of the Diamonds still admiring it

But one of the diamonds catched my attention , it was separated from other Diamonds

And it was kept in a glass, I walked towards it and my heart almost reach my throat

That Diamond??

I was sure that was my father's diamond , the diamond he had asked me to protect but it went missing two days after his death

I can't be right?

I shook my head negatively ad hot tears filled my eyes

My father was was Miner and on one of his search he had seen the Diamond and refused the sell it out like he use to do

He said I should sell it only when I turn 25, But after his death it went missing

It can't be right? Zachery can't kill my father because of the Diamond right?

Keeping it separate means it was special admist others

Did he even force my mother to disown me because of the Diamond?

It can't be" I shake my head negatively

My father refused to give him the Diamond and he killed him, threaten my mother and then got wedded to me

He killed my father! I cried the tears in my eyes and I noticed my leg felt heavy to me

I brought my hand closer to touch the glass but someone cleared his throat and I fall on the floor scared

Without being told I knew it was Zachery, I turned to him with goose pimples all over my body

"What are you doing here? He asked trowing the stick of the cigar in his hand away

Sweats were all over my body as I stared at him with almost hatred

He fucking did it!!

He killed my father and my only brother? For his own benfit

"What are you doing here!!? He yelled and i flinched

"I......I was......."

Good Lord what's happening

Am I going to end up like my father too? Because am Crazy?

"What did you remember? He asked staring at me non stop

"Nothing...Nothing I swear I see nothing'' I said tears not ceasing my eyes

The shock was too much for me

I woke up sweating as I noticed I was laying on the hard floor

I opened my eyes and realized I was the cell, God!!

I can't believe I fainted because of the shock

To think am leaving in the same house with my Father's killer tightened my heart

So did I offend?

The cell door opened and he stepped in

"I can see you are awake , Well whatever you see I won't want to hear this outside or you will end up like your........I mean like other mistress" he said avoiding my gaze

I nodded, I was extremely scared, what if he kills me too?

He was right, my days in his house is being numbered

He smirked and walked out as I began all over again with tears

"Fidra? She can help me! But no I can't risk her life"

Wait! Am in the cell??

How did I go with the Audition tomorrow??

The early morning sun shone on the face as I woke up stretching my body

I was feeling so cold, maybe because I slept on the hard floor

Gosh how can one be heartless? To think am leaving in the same house with my father's murdered always sent cold pimples over my body

Whatever it will take I will make sure I brought him to book and have revenge on my father's death

The cell door opened and Vida entered the cell carrying a tray of food

I scoff and took my eyes off her, it should be about 12 now and he is just ordering them to bring me food

"Mam here is your food" she said

"Am not hungry,even if I am I won't eat that" I scoff

"Ma,you have no other option okay? You just have to eat" she says

"Are you seriously lecturing me now? I said am not hungry" I mumbled and she sighed

"I will leave it here then,in case you need it" she says and walk out

I kept on counting the time with my mind as I didn't know what else to do

How do I go about with the audition? Fidra had already register my name

God, this is my chance to have some savings at least in case I needs to escape from Zachery

The cell open again and Vida walked in shaking her head

Well I think she will help

"Vida I need your help" I says

"What ma?

"Help me get out of here for just two hours please?

I stepped out of the cell dressed in Vida's clothes as I carried the tray of food out with my heads down to avoid the guards from seeing my face

I successfully reached my room and I stepped in a hurry and gathered the clothes, heel and my makeup things into a polythene bag used for depose then I closed my door and walked out

I hope this plan walks out for me

"Are you done fishing out the person who took the Job?

"No boss,am still walking on it"

"Why? It's two days already,I want positive result before the end of today"

"Sure sir"

I ended the call and sighed then retype another number in my phone

"Execute Mr Marshall, I want him died,that's the pay he got for playing with me"

"Sure boss"

I ends the call and trow my phone on the bed then sighed

No one messes with me

The door opened and one of my guards entered the room

"What?

"Sir you need to see the Cell record, the camera captures this"

I stood up from the floor and walked into the little passage of the cell

Gosh I pray Ma Sera will be safe , If Sir Zachery found out about this then my done for good cause he will not just sarke me but will kill me

I brought out my little phone from my pocket, No from Ma Sera's dress

Well we switched dresses and she was able to leave the cell while acting as me

I placed a call on a number and it picked on the fifth ring

"Hello?" His voice rings

"Sir, am not sure she's safe,she had an audition but she ended up in the cell and........" He cuts me off

"In the cell? For what! He yelled

"I think she saw something she's not suppose to see" I whispers

"Damn! Must she be clumzy? Ste.......

"Vida" I corrected him

"Yeah Vida you have to protect her with all you have okay? This will soon be over" he said and I nodded

"I promise I will but you know it seems like she is........."

"What are you doing? I heard someone said behind me

I turned and my phone slipped off my hand

Damn I'm doomed.
