Chapter 79 Past Stays

“I am leaving,” Emma informed the maid, knowing very well that the second she leaves her room, the maid will rush to Henry to inform him about her whereabouts.

The maid nodded, but this time she didn’t need to run to Henry to give the information because Henry himself came over to Emma.

“You’re ready? Come, I’ll drop you…” Henry stretched his hand toward her but Emma didn’t take it.

“I want to go alone…” She protested.

“I know, I am just dropping you off…” Henry explained taking a step forward but Emma still shook her head stubbornly.

“No…”

Seeing the stubbornness on her face, Henry sighed in defeat.

“Fine, the driver will take you, but I am sending people to guard you…” Henry told her, and there was no room for Emma to say NO to this demand of his.

She reluctantly nodded her head, and with a smile, Henry stepped aside allowing her to leave.

Emma left with the driver, and soon another car appeared beside hers whom she took as the people sent by Henry.
