Chapter 40 All Mine

With a dull heart, and a dejected look Emma left the hospital and got into Henry’s car who had been waiting for her return.

Emma sat silently, lifeless and cold again.

Henry kept watching her from the corner of his eyes, he loves stealing Emma from Jacob but Emma’s coldness is turning his excitement into aggression.

Annoyed, he pressed on the brakes.

SCREECH

“What happened?” Finally, Emma regained her senses and acknowledged him.

Henry gave him a cold smirk and then leaned on her, “Are you ready to give me your poison, little vixen?”

Emma shrank at her place, his closeness wasn’t appealing at all.

Especially when he is calling her by a weird name, like “VIXEN”

Did he just give her a nickname?

As his pet?

Before he could lean more on her, Emma pressed her palm on his chest in a futile attempt to stop him, “Aren’t you taking me to the villa?”

She questioned.

“I change my mind, as you’re so occupied with the heartbreak, I think I could help you to distract your mind.”
