"Hey guys," my voice croaked out, thick with exhaustion and emotional trauma. Lexy and Amelia always used my kitchen because it was the only one that worked the best. I had a microwave, a stove and a fridge where they packed some of their groceries.
But I was more than happy to let them use my appliances because I know how hard they're both working.
They looked dead. Their eyes were tired and red while I on the other hand, looked fine. That's not to say that I didn't cry, but I woke up and took a shower. They didn't.
I felt terrible on the inside though.
Lexy leaned against the fridge as she shakily brought her mug of tea up to her lips. Lexy was a tea girl, she didn't drink the normal tea that we drank or even green tea. It was some kind of weed tea or something like that.

Well, maybe I wouldn't have the privilege of a shower but I can bath out of the sink of a bathroom like I've done so before.
Wade and I were back on the road and the sound of music playing on the radio was filling the silence in the car. I was enjoying not talking, simply, being, I guess you could say. Wade had turned the radio station to a southern one and we had to listen to country music.I'm not a
I opened my eyes again and when I looked around, I found us driving through a small vacant town- the kind of town where the homes were abandoned, withered and old. It looked haunted to be quite honest.I partly wondered how long I had been asleep because it seemed like we had dr
We were back in the car and Wade was casually driving the car. His eyes briefly on the road before his bright yellow orbs collided with my mediocre brown ones and he raised an eyebrow, "what?" he asked me with a smirk on his face even though he knew exactly what I was waiting for.
