Dean?

I approached him and stared at him carefully, I even slapped him to find out if it was really true and not a dream, again.

"Wtf", he said while rubbing his cheek

"O my gosh!", I said and couldn't help but to scream

They looked at me and dean with confusion registered on their faces

I haven't even gotten over with what had happened last week, I mean that was unbelievable who would have thought that he would approach me right?

Yes, what happened last week we're all true, but the kissing part was already my dream, I wish it's true tho

I quickly sat down next to mom, our household has a twelve sitter dining table and only paintings of flowers could be seen all over it, on the side you can see a vase with white roses on it and a picture of Lola's portrait, mommy's mom

Dad is in the center while on the right side is mom then me, on the left side is Dom followed by dean, dean and I are facing each other, same as mom and Dom

The maids panicked when I sat down, but I immediately stopped them, I was in a good mood that I don't need anyone's help

I grabbed some fried rice, one egg and one strip of bacon and ate gracefully, they were just quiet as they watched me while Dom was in the urge of laughing

When they recovered from shock, my mom broke the defeaning silence

"Elie, you don't eat like that", I looked at her in confusion

"Huh?"

"Usually you eat five strips of bacon and three eggs, and also you don't eat fried rice, you hate it", she said surprised

I coughed and drank from my water because of what my mom just said, why does she have to say that? I mean dean is here for pete's sake, I'm doomed!

How can he fell in love with me if now he's turned off?

"I'm on a diet mom", I just said to convince her

"Reasons", Dom whispered sourly, I even have to look at him to let him stop, but dean was also watching me with his arms crossed, and his eyebrows raised, so I just looked down and continued eating, I really can't move very well because I'm being careful with my actions

We had our dessert afterwards, chocolate cake baked by mom, the four of them were talking while me? I'm just quiet

"What's your job Kian?", Dad asked, I looked up because of that, dean's name was Kian?

"I'm an engineer", was his short reply

"What school?"

"Medalle University"

"Oh same school as Nicole but she's a Chef, do you know her?", dad questioned again

"Ah yes, she's actually my—” dean was stunned to heard something

"Hello there everyone! Oh, you have a visitor?", she looked at Domi and smiled at him, she probably didn't see dean, so she haven't had the chance to greet him "I see, Oh hi Elie my favorite cousin!", she cheerfully said

"Oh shut up I'm just your one and only cousin, tsk"

"Oh, really. I forgot eh HAHAHA", she even scratch her temple "Anyway I'm here because Dad wants to have dinner on Saturday, just a family dinner because he'll discuss something important, and he wants all of you to come over, I just came here because he's busy, ya know, work”, she frowned while saying that, she's not really used of her dad being busy, an owner of the highest and successful company in Asia, well our family doesn't t have any difference

Nic's dad was mom's brother, and that business was actually from our grandfather, Tito Fred, Nicole's father became the owner because he was the eldest among the two of them, my mom was just helping him and I don't know what's her position, and I'm not interested about the company as well as Nicole, so let's not talk about that

"By the way you can bring someone with you Elie, a date I guess? Or whatever you call it", she added. Wait?! What?!

Date?!

My face lit up because of that. I'm thinking of something, again.

"Yes sure, we're going", mom replied while giving her a genuine smile

"Okay! That's it I'll go ahead Alex is waiting in the car", she was still embarrassed to say that, dean got up and left the house, what happened to him? "She's joining a pageant, so she's kinda busy as of now"

"Tell Alex to call me if she needs anything", I said smiling, Alex doesn't show up for a while now maybe because she's already in high school, and they have a lot of things to do

"Okay, I'll tell her", then she kissed me and mom on our cheeks and then talked to Dom before leaving, he even met dean at the door, they stared at each other for a while, Nicole shook her head and continued walking

"I left my phone", that's all he said when he got back then took his phone and hurriedly went away

"So we're not attending our classes?", I broke the silence

"Nope, 'dean' was here earlier, and he already knows that we will be absent for today, he will take care of it", Dom replied and emphasized the pronunciation of the word dean.

As what he just said, we really didn't attend our classes instead we just did a movie marathon in dad's cinema room on the third floor, it's a big room that has 50 people capacity, it's like a movie theater in the mall, but dad's cinema room is at home while the other is in the mall, oh isn't that witty?

We are watching a larva movie picked by Dom, BORING!

I don't know what thought has passed Dominic's mind that he chose such movie, is he a fan of worms?

I just let him watch it and took out my phone to chat with dean, he's the one I'm going to date, I opened my I* to find his account, I searched for the name Kian, but the others were coming out with a bad profile, so I went to Dom's account and tried searching it in his 'following' and it came out right away, so I followed him HAHAHA

I don't want to stalk him because there's a member in our group chat who's angry because the other mber stalked her profile, I understand her because it's invading privacy, but what's the connection here? I'm not going to do anything bad, so I just stalked him HAHAHA

He doesn't post a lot, so he doesn't have a lot of pictures either but there was a photo that caught my attention, it was an aesthetic picture of a girl with her back against the camera, so I couldn't see her face then it's caption was a heart emoji. Who's this?

Fling? Stupid, no one posts a picture of their flings, but maybe he's like that

Best friend? You can have many friends with benefits

Ex? Hmm? Exactly! I'm such a witty headed human being!

Why am I happy? I should be jealous or something right? This is crazy

"Bingo!", I shouted and Dom threw some popcorn at me

"They're already chasing each other! Stop making noises", he commented irritably, tsk worm lover

"What the hell Elie", he was so annoyed that he went to it and picked up the popcorn I threw at him, tsk he just did that because dad doesn't want this room to get dirty, of course Dom is just pretending to be good on my parents that's why he needs to do that

Dean tooks so long to type, maybe I'm his type hehe do you think he does?

"It takes a while for him to type and then this is just his reply?", I was grittung my teeth in annoyance, wahh stop me! I might marry this guy if I get more annoyed with him

"Ah!", I shouted as I threw the phone against the wall and left that room, I didn't even look at its condition because I knew it was ruined, and it was already useless.

"Shīt Elie!", I heard Dom murmur, but I ignored him and just locked myself in my room, so frustrating!

I also rolled over my bed a few times, but I couldn't sleep especially since I wasn't sleepy or anything. Are you like this when your crush is cold? Aish what is that, I even asked him to be my date

When I was a bit okay, I just went to sleep and waited until nightfall, what a bright idea he-he

“Ma'am, Sir Manuelle was angry because there were a lot of ants in his cinema room, then he caught Sir Dominyo while he was cleaning, he was also wounded. It probably happened when the both of your were together but Sir Dominyo said it wasn't, and it was just an accident then he said there were just a lot of ants because he dropped the popcorn container, in fact they were already preparing for dinner there, and they are all in the dining room, I just came here to wake you up ", she explained very, very long

"Isn't that going to last longer?" I asked incredulously while I was still shaking my head, the pain was severe, maybe I'll have a headache later on, but I hope not to

"There, finally it's short", I stood up and went into the bathroom, maybe our conversation will never end if I won't leave her, Manang said something else, but I couldn't hear it because of the strength of the shower

"I would have thought that you're imitating sleeping beauty, but well you're awake", Dom said as soon as I entered the dining room, I sat down next to him, it's true that they're all here, and obviously they're waiting for me

"Isn't it obvious?", I interrupted him "I heard your wounded?", I know he picked up my phone that's why he got wounded and the popcorn I threw was the reason for the ants to appear

"Oh you're concerned?", He said cutely, it doesn't even look him better, tsk

"Could you stop being like that? You are so stupid", that's really how Dom is, he likes to make something because of following what's trending

"HA-HA stupid", I even faked a laugh and made a face while saying that and even pretended like I'm not annoyed

"HAHAHA stop that you both acted like your somewhat in a relationship", mom said in confusion but is actually laughing

"I agree hon why don't they admit it with each other, they're making it hard to absorb", dad also laughed

"Absorb? HAHAHA you're hilarious hon", mom slapped dad on the shoulder at the same time, now Dom and I are the one who's confused between the two of them

"Am I part of a psycho family?", I whispered to Dom

"No actually you are part of a wonderful and loving family"
