Redeeming Mistake

“You do know that no one and nothing dares to get this close to you, except for me, mi bella,” he husked those words against her ear which made Ezrene tilt her head to look at him.

Their gazes fastened but Ezrene's heartbeat inflated in fear the second she witnessed his baby blue eyes started roaming all over her face with no hesitation or embarrassment. It was like he owned her and it had always been like this but the second she witnessed his eyes stopping at her lips, Ezrene immediately turned her head away to dart his attention away from her mouth which brought a devious smirk on his face. 

“You know that I despise your refusal, bella,” he whispered in her ear while brushing his lips against her ear which made her fist her palms tightly and gulped.

“I hate it when you even think about addressing me as your no one,” more terror filled her because she knew how much he loathed it when she considered him as her no one but what was he even to her if he was her no one? She had never gotten that answer from him.

Slightly pulling back, Asael gripped her chin and turned her in his direction to make her look at him. Her enticing green eyes collided with his. These eyes which had spellbounded him the very first time they met with his gaze and since that day, that trap her beautiful eyes had fallen over him, since that day, he had continued to fall deeper and darker in that trap of hers with no intention of coming out of it ever.

“And today…” he pushed his face closer to hers where their breathings tangled.

“You did not just only dared to refuse me, defy me but you have also insulted me in front of so many people, so this means….” His eyes roamed all over her face before they stopped at her lips again which ran her blood cold. 

He pushed his face closer to hers but she immediately pressed her palms against his chest and then tilted her head so that his mouth wouldn't reach hers which brought his sadistic back on his face.

“If you wouldn't even let me kiss you then how are we going to have our kids, wifey?” He hoarsely chuckled in her ear, making her swallow. 

“I hope you do know that we need to do a lot more than just kissing in order to bring our little little babies to this world,” he whispered in her ear and she didn't want to but his choice of words immediately flushed her face in embarrassment and he could clearly feel the hotness of her cheeks which he fucking loved. He loved how responsive she was even just to his mere words.

“L…let me go. I have my classes to attend,” she tried not to stutter but his mere presence was enough to scare the life out of her, especially when he was standing so close to her where their hearts were beating against each other's chest.

She tried to push him away to escape from him but he immediately pulled her in his arms by wrapping his arms around her waist. 

“Now you have also started lying to me, bella?” Ezrene noticed the hue in his eyes darkened and she knew it was because of her lie. He despised it when she lied to him for any reason and she was more than sure that he knew she had no class currently as he knew about her more than she knew about her own self and that thing petrified her. He had always been closer to her than her own shadow.

“You are really doing that each and every fucking thing which piss me off, wifey,” his voice was calm because he barely talked to her with his raised voice but even his calm voice was enough to make her understand how much enraged he was after whatever she had done and said to him in their class.

“And I hope….” He tugged away the strands of her dark auburn hair from her face softly and tucked them behind her ear.

“You know how many ways I have to make you listen to me,” he uttered, peering into her eyes before he pushed his face closer to her ear.

“And we both know how my ways are and once we reach those ways then there will be no going back, bella,” he husked in her ear, causing a shiver to run down her spine as she knew what he exactly meant by those words of his. 

Her heartbeat inflated so much that even he could hear it which widened his smirk more because he knew how terrified she had gotten just by hearing him about taking her to the edge of his ways as she knew how sinful and sadistic his ways were, especially when it concerned her.

“So…”he pulled back to look into her eyes.

“I am expecting you to behave, wifey until and unless you would want me to use my ways on you which I would use gladly if you would want me to,” he passed her a diabolic grin, tensing her up more.

“And now, like a good girl. Tell me why did you break that watch when you loved and wanted it for so long?” He asked her because he knew how much she loved collecting watches and the watch he had placed in her bag for her was her dream watch.

“Especially when you knew that I had brought it to you?” His question angered her this time because it made her recall how he had broken that watch of hers which she had bought after saving her pocket money and suppressing her own desires and needs for so many months.

“Because I do not want anything from my nightmare,” she spat at him, widening his smirk.

“Hmmm…” he pulled her closer in his arms and pressed her body against his softly.

“I know I am your nightmare, bella….” He rubbed the tip of their noses before planting a kiss on the top of her nose bridge.

“A nightmare which holds the power of fulfilling your each and every dream,” he husked against her lips while his words ached her heart terribly. Ezrene looked away from him which made him brush the tip of his nose against her jawline tenderly, making her close her eyes slowly.

“Just like bringing that dream watch of yours to you which you broke just because I broke that filthy and cheap watch of yours,” he uttered but hearing him this time, tears immediately stung her eyes. He was calling that watch of hers filthy and cheap which she had bought after so much effort for so many months?

Ezrene turned her head in his direction and seeing those tears shimmering in her eyes, all the playfulness and amusement left from his very presence because he himself didn't know the power and authority her tears held over his sanity.

“Yes, it's filthy and cheap because that's all I could afford after saving my pocket money for more than 7 months,” she finally opened her mouth with no fear but just pain and anger and he patiently listened to her outburst.

“That's all I could afford after restraining myself from fulfilling even my basic spendings for so many months,” her tears turned more vigorous and they even started falling from her eyes.

“That's all I could afford because I wanted to fulfill my wish but without trying to pressurize my mamma in any way,” his demeanor completely softened, seeing and hearing her crying self. He knew everything about her, even the financial status of her family which was run by her mother who was a widow since Ezrene was a little girl and how hard her mother was trying to give her daughter the best possible life she could and this thing hurt Ezrene the most. He knew everything about her life but was still making fun of it.

Lowering her head, she closed her eyes. Her tiny tears continued to fall from her closed eyes which made him cup the side of her face. He took her face upward and then looked into shimmering glossy eyes.

“So I hurt my bella a lot today?” He uttered, gently while wiping the tears on her cheeks with the back of his fingers. She did not answer him and just looked away from him which made him plant a kiss on her temple. 

“Fine, let me redeem for my mistake then,” he said to her and then she saw him taking out something from his pants’ pocket which confused her but her eyes rounded in shock the second she saw what he had taken out from his pocket.
