Jack:

“What?” I asked the deranged old man, confused. He was displaying so many emotions on his face that he even made me wonder if I truly knew who he was talking about.

He took another step closer, and his men behind me quickly slapped the back of my head, forcing me to bow before him.

I didn't resist because I was curious about who he was. Plus, he had a large following, that much was clear. People I could use to my advantage. But only if I could figure out who he was and what children he was talking about.

“I don’t know,” I shrugged, genuinely baffled as he stared at me with intensity.

“You knew my daughter, so tell me--where is she? Why hasn’t she returned to the pack?” His certainty that I knew his daughter stunned me. I had to press for more details.

“Who is your daughter?” I asked after lowering my head in submission.

“Tabitha!” The name sent a shiver down my spine.

I hadn't expected to hear her name again, and certainly not from a rogue.

I think Vincent is innocent, he was lied to by Jack… Vincent just wanted justice for the death of his kids, it’s what any parent would want… Theodore on the other hand… well, I hope that traitor dies slowly and painfully… 🫣

Well, I think Vincent is actually innocent, he did not really want revenge initially, Jack(ass) lied to him… I actually hope Carena will have the chance to tell him the truth and he would believe her and let her go, and he would be spared, as he just wanted to have some kind of justice for his kids.
