Chapter 92

Upon Lobo's return, he came back without Fenrir leaving me to believe that Fenrir was no longer a problem.

I excused myself to wait in the car while Lobo spoke with Zeke.

I wasn't very happy with what Zeke had done. I felt he had risked our lives for something that could have easily been avoided.

And with the way I was feeling, I knew I would have a problem keeping my mouth shut after my chat with Zeke.

There was a feeling of anger in me that I wasn't used to. Threatening to burst forth from me if given the chance.

I watched as Lana and Laura walked over to join Lobo and Zeke. There it was again, the anger threatening to bubble out.

Don't do it. I told myself, fighting the urge to go out and voice my unwanted opinion.

I bit on my thumbnail as I watched them. I wanted to go out there and scream at them. So many lives were lost, all because of Zeke's ego. It angered me to know that they were the reason that so many people died.

Lobo turned, his eyes meeting mine for a second.
