“You don’t age, do you?” Seraphine questioned. Although the concept of immortality was strange, since magic was already present in this world, this was highly possible as well.

“Bringing up my age triggers me,” he stated, “I was cursed to be at this state. I will spare you since you are already this distressed.”

Seraphine scoffed at him and didn’t start a squabble while she questioned, “What are you doing?”

“Just wanted to check up on him since he had been quiet for days. Didn’t expect to see him in this state, but I am not surprised. Everything he did for the past few years caught up to him.
