We exit the car ignoring the usual stares we get whenever we enter the school yard. We split up each going to our own lockers. Opening the metal compartment I pull out a few books. I really hate this place why am I even here when war is at our backyard. I know Lucifer said to go on about our day like we usually do but this is just boring what have my life become. Slamming the locker shut I turn to walk down the halls. As I enter the class room I take a seat in the back completely ignoring everyone including the teacher who walks in a few moments later. The class begins and the teacher starts taking about some law of motion whatever that is, I feel myself slipping into an unconscious state drowning his voice out.
