Hector walked over to his desk glancing at where Trix remained hidden.
"What is your concern Gaius?" Hector asked, emotionless.
"I received word from my men that you had a boy arrested in the market today." The nobleman began. Hector knew this man was going to ask for a favor.
"I did. What is he to you?" Hector asked keeping his tough demeanor.
"The boy works for me." Gaius claimed. Of course Hector knew this, but Gaius was unaware of the boy's true intention.
"Let me guess, you want me to free him?" Hector said sarcastically.

The senators were in a frenzy, they still believed that Trix was on a military tour. They began to worry, the reign of the empress was young and very susceptible to people who wish to take over the empire themselves.
